not really ultramarines have ultramarine main color with golden accents and red cloth, which is not the case. Salamanders have green,gold,black and red cloth, etc so i dont think they're referencing 40k unless they are dev made chapters

1:25 I mean, the last chromas aren't that unique either. They're all red except for Ahri whose main look is red and Yasuo whose second chroma is.

sure the primary color is red but the secondary changes, like being yellow for Illaoi but teal for Ekko and Darius

Really no different from the others, though. Blue: Darius has major orange parts, Illaoi and Ahri have little orange rings, the others have no orange at all. Ekko's secondary color is a mid beige, Illaoi has light beige ropes, the others have no beige at all. Darius and Illaoi have silver trimmings, Ahri arguably does as well, the others don't. Darius has dark steel parts. Braum has lots of grays. Green: Illaoi and Braum have major reddish brown parts, the others don't. Yasuo and Braum have dark brown pants, the others don't. Illaoi and Ahri have teal parts, the others don't. Ekko's secondary color is black, Yasuo and Ahri have prominent black parts, the others don't. Darius's secondary color is light gray/silver, half of the others have silver accents, the other half have none at all. Yellow: Braum's primary color isn't even yellow, and the yellow accessories he does have are a far lighter shade than the others'. Yasuo, Ekko, Darius, and Ahri combine dark yellow with black, yet Illaoi has at least as much brown as yellow and has multiple other dark colors instead of black. Darius has major red parts, while Illaoi and Braum have red accents and the others have no red at all. Purple: Ekko's and Braum's purple is notably bluer than the others'. Darius has major parts in a peach (?) color otherwise only present as accents on Ekko. Yasuo has beige pants and a brown rope, neither color is on anyone else. Ahri uniquely has a straw (blond) rope and teal rings. Illaoi has far more gray(s) than anyone else. Orange: Is pretty consistent except for Illaoi's oddly colored footwear and Braum having more light gray than black. Pink: Ekko has more mid gray than pink, the others have none. Illaoi and Yasuo prominently have light beige, Ahri even more so, Braum just accents, Ekko and Darius none. And the blue elements contrasting with the pink vary wildly in prominence as well as in shade. Teal: Half of them don't even have any real teal. Braum is very blueish (with a tiny teal element on his belt buckle). Yasuo and Ahri are very greenish, with Yasuo having about as much gray and brown, and Ahri having about as much light and dark purple that would absolutely dominate if her hair weren't dyed. Speaking of which, Illaoi's light reddish brown hair sticks out in this lineup. White/Black: Semiconsistent, as half of them (Illaoi, Ekko, and Braum) have light beige and dark brown instead. Red: Darius's teal parts stick out visually, but Ekko has accents of the same in a darker shade, similarly to their "purple" chromas except that they actually share the same hue of red here. And I'd call yellow Illaoi's tertiary color at best. She largely has the same combination of red and browns as Braum plus lots of reddish browns.
