I think my favorite part of this theme is how it uses the higher pitched parts to mimic the sound of the narwhal. Whales have majestic calls, but here (and in tartaglias fight) they are ominous and scary. Mihoyo made another amazing piece of music.

Y'know, being a genshin and hsr player, I noticed something. In the astral express, in the parlor car, the lights above are that of a whale. Hsr is based on space, and we also know that the narwhal ISN'T from Teyvat, and is from beyond it. I noticed this detail when I first play hsr (which was recent) so, idk if it has any hidden meaning behind it, but ya, I just thought I would share this bc why not? ^v^

I LOVED this about genshin tbh. Just the implication of something deeper going on there than what we know is so interesting. It all feels like there is some grand conspiracy at play and this is the first peek into it. Like it being some simulation or the idea of teyvat being inside a black hole or something. Not to mention also the weird religious inspiration and the incresingly strong build up to the archon‘s being named after demons and how they just like their world could be upside down but on a more theoretical level like them being bad being upside down meaning them being disguised as good while being intended to be bad. I feel like the gnoses are tools meant to control the archons to prevent humans from rising up. And them being taken away and that leading to them kinda treating humans or „sinners“ good instead of bad seems to build up to some kind of rebellion possibly started by the fatui archon to fight celestia. Cause i do think celestia is supposed to be satan since she is above teyvat meaning in reality she is the furthest down. Like satan would be. I think that maybe the plot of genshin is about us, being sent to hell by the unknown god, possibly an opposing force against celestia trying to get us to save the people of teyvat since we seem to be there to make life better for humans against the archon‘s wishes. But what if the point there is for us to essentially cleanse hell because of the humans showing interest in fighting for tjemselves to turn a place meant to punish them and be aweful into a place they can thrive in. Or alternatively the unknown god could be one overtaking celestia to make teyvat more hell like again while perhaps paimon could be celestia reborn and subconchiously guiding us to save teyvat from said god. I mean i dunno but i love how interesting and deep this game is. Not only in terms of gameplay but also lore wise. I can‘t wait for the final part of the story man!

In my opinion about this new boss' ost (Narwhal). I was feel amazed when I listened carefully until the end, it feels like the music sounded familiar that can actually similar to any other games... Phase 1 1.) The first part really got me goosebump when I hear that music that sounded look like from the Battlefield 1 - Prologue OST. If you listen carefully, you know the drill... 2.) The choir can be compared to God of War 4 and Ragnarok. Imagine that you are fighting Baldur, Thor or probably Odin. 3.) The orchestra can be compared from Resident Evil 8 Village and Resident Evil 4 Remake Boss Fight. Phase 2 - Now this one is a totally EPIC. Imagine if the OSTs from 3 other games have combined to make Narwhal's Phase 2 ost on fire🔥🔥🔥 1.) NIKKE 2.) Arknights 3.) Blue Archive
