Thank you Matt, I love this video. How freeing it is not having to be loving all the time, what a lot of people don't realise is that an emotion such as anger is neither positive or negative, how you choose to react to it is either negative or positive. How do people be one way all the time, when every moment is different, I find it difficult because you have to experience the things that human beings experience and experiences change from one moment to the next.
