Cough drop counters any instakill entity btw. I just saw Rush fall into the floor after failing to kill me having 2 overheal stacks.

Brittle doesn't heal you, it reduces your maximum health. (It's also stackable, so it can get to the point where you're basically playing Last Breath + Maximum Overdrive)

In the middle you can add 20% HP or if your HP is 100% 50 damage

Regurgitate isn’t random it spawns the most recent candy u ate (if u eat a cough drop and then regurgitate it will spawn another cough drop)
