Unlike most other modern shows for young children, Bluey doesn't pretend like alcohol isn't real and we see various adults engage in some good old Australian drinking.
This video compiles all the references to and depictions of drinking from BLUEY season 1, 2, and 3.
Bluey is a cartoon series from Australia, created by Joe Brumm and produced by Ludo Studio. While intended as a show for young kids, it's highly enjoyable for anyone who can appreciate some wholesome feel-good entertainment.

The reason alcohol is depicted in this cartoon is because the cartoon is based in Australia, which is essentially views alcohol in the same way everyone in Wisconsin does.

That is also possible! Chilli does mention in this episode that "there is some dispute". Of course we don't get to see Bandit's take until "Fairytale", some 59 episodes later. I'm curious if those are the only two episodes that mention the discrepancy in their memories.

Eyyy, great compilation/analysis. Such an amazing piece of artwork you referenced, too 😉 Shows that unabashedly, yet subtly, depict vices kids will no doubt see grown-ups enjoying in real life, like drinking and gambling, makes it more relatable and adds to the realism, and expands opportunities for frank and open conversation between parents and kids. And Bluey is excellent at doing that.

WHAT A WACKADOO VIDEO THIS WAS!!! This aspect just makes the show even better indeed!!! It gives it a broad sense of realism, not demonizing it, treating it as a taboo or acting as if it didn't exist, actually taking a risk and including it to truly depict the suburban Queenslander lifestyle in all it's glory, and even taking time to make a distinction when it's moderated drinking or when it's "oh happy new years…”, this show is just awesome, matey! (And remember folks, there are two kinds of people, either you end like the couple in Whale Watching, or you experience the 'classic Stripe' from The Sign xDDD) Also just to clarify, at 7:08, that's lemon soda, the same kind we see in 'Whale Watching' actually 🤭🤭🤭, and there's also surprise (as an indirect mention) where Bingo's "babies” are actually stubby coolers! What a classic 🤣; an additional indirect mention could be Queens, where Chilli requests ginger beer just because the girls are present (classic…), if not, well… NOW someone would remember the Queen being there xDDD (but not her, of course xDDD)

I had no idea there was much this drinking in bluey,I thought they only drank on holidays like christmas and new years or at parties or at the wedding,I thought other times it was soda,cause the parents shouldn't do this unless a event or holiday is happening,this makes me feel concerned for the pups with their parents drinking willy nilly like this

Almost all the cases shown/mentioned here are in relation to holidays and social gatherings (like dinner parties). So it isn't worryingly frequent, in my opinion. There are far more episodes with no drinking or references to drinking.

This has nothing to do with the video, but here’s an Easter egg So in the episode ‘The Show’, bluey acts like she’s having a baby by having a balloon in her shirt, but then that balloon pops, when that balloon pops, it cuts to the parents, and if you look closely, you can see bandit squeeze Chillis hand. That’s because Chilli (yes this is canon) had a miscarriage in the past.

I honestly REFUSE to believe that Trixie and Chili were drunk in "Stumpfest," and it honestly irritates me to see people say they are. They were just going along with their kids game and being sarcastic. When I hear the word Drunk, I mostly think of something completely different, my examples of drunk behavior are Muffins behavior in The Sleepover, the scene in Whale Watching where Bingo tells Chilli that Muffin saw her dancing on the BBQ table, and Stripe during the wedding party in The Sign.

They weren't necessarily drunk, but they did arguably appear a bit sassier than normal (i.e. tipsy). You can drink (and appear noticeably affected) without drinking so much that you wake up in the bushes the day after.
