@@wolfgang6319 As I said, yes it does work extremely well against surface vessels however even against aircraft it isn't the best due to flares being a thing which would just invalidate an entire salvo from typhoon and put your ship at risk until it fires again which by then flares would have recharged if you see where I'm going with this. In total I think typhoon is the best vs surface vessels, but 2nd in everything else in most situations due to flares and as we've seen it's unreliable at stopping missiles due to it's slow reaction time

@@maeve6403 Immature talk. Rapidfire still last option for final defense against both incoming projectiles, JEAG remains decent, Typhoon strong offensive between air and surface but poorly on defense incoming missiles. SeeHawk lastly, nerf soon and ended up Rapidfire Garpun.

Привет. Самый надежный способ уничтожить торпеды это расстрелять их из гранатомета с ручным наведением. На быстрых кораблях иногда можно увернуться от торпед, но тут нужна практика. На подлодках можно легко увернуться от залпа торпед с помощью всплытия. Подлодка всплывает гораздо быстрее чем погружается и если вовремя всплыть, то залп торпед пройдет под тобой. Правда так ты подставляешься под надводное вооружение противника;)

Realistically speaking the Typhoon should have done better vs the planes dumping chaff and flares because you know IT USES DUAL MODE ELECTRO OPTIC AND IR (aka can tell the difference between a flare and a plane)

If you talk realism a lot of weapon systems in game shouldn't be able to be flared/chaffed at all, cruise missiles shouldn't be capable of getting decoyed during initial launch as they are in their cruise state, I'm not an expert on the matter though, correct me if I'm wrong

@@CaptainGrief66 the problem is that if you are launching that close it would immidiately go into it's terminal phase because it needs to see the target almost instantly just to hit it at that range.
