Pierro (The Director/Leader of the Fatui Harbingers) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1. Capitano 2. Dottore 3. Columbina 4. Arlecchino 5. Pulcinella 6. Scaramouche (Forgotten) 7. Sandrone 8. Signora (Deceased) 9. Pantalone 10. ??? (Unknown, possibly intentionally left empty) 11. Childe Apparently Pierro isn't a Harbinger, but rather the a director or a boss of sorts, we have more evidence about this from 'A Winter Night's Lazzo' and Childe's voiceline about him. Being that he *was* the first Fatui Harbinger, and now he is the leader. This means that there are currently only 8 Fatui Harbingers

It could be similar to pulcinella, who is a respected politician but places rank 5, meanwhile the director harbinger pierro could still be a lower ranked harbinger while having an influential role as the director. They are ranked on strength afterall

remember that the one who killed Signora is an Archon... the Foul Legacy of Childe takes a toll on his body, in which he can't use for long. Not to mention Childe is probably the most normal among the ranks (he's both human and life span) Maybe the reason why Traveller can go toe to toe with Signora is because he/she recieves many experience already. ⁠@@lukapadparadschaskoghaug7180that’s not exactly how it works. Changing something in Irminsul doesn’t change the past. It only changes the world’s perception of it. When he erased himself, Wanderer’s actions were still left on the world. People just remembered how they happened differently. The only reason Rukkhadevata was so successfully erased is because there is another Dendro Archon who can take her place, essentially passing all of Rukkhadevata’s actions onto her. My theory is that people knew the 6th Harbinger but had no idea to his identity in their memories, so he was like an anomaly that suddenly disappeared

When I learned pulcinella was a politician i immediately got a blaring red flag. What politician and harbinger who is known to not care for the lives of his soldiers, gifts and sends pastries and gifts to one of his coworkers families out of the “kindness in his heart”. And the suspicious way mihoyo introduced us to Tuecer in childes story quest as someone even more oblivious and most definitely is probably even more so blindly trusting of rooster who sends him and his siblings gifts. Hoyoverse is up to no good.

FINALLY SOMEONE ACKNOWLEDGED CHILDE’S FAMILY AND HOW THE FATUI HAVE A HOLD OVER HIM BECAUSE OF IT!!! I NEVER SEE ANYONE MENTION THE SITUATION CHILDE’S FAMILY PUTS HIM IN!! Childe is only a pawn and he is forever trapped. He cannot escape the Fatui or ever leave them. Even just thinking about it could put his entire family in danger. This was assumed but never confirmed until Scara. However, Tart is not aware of this fact himself, as his voice lines only say best about Tsaritsa and his willingness to follow her. That said, hoyoverse bringing his relationship in already 2 different voice lines of 2 different characters, kinda makes me believe that it will play important role in the further development of the story. And also that out of 3 (Scara, La Signora and Tarta), Tarta is only one that didn't got full background story revealed in the game story quest (only in the character voice line and background). Plus he also haves connections to Khaenri'ah which makes me firmly believe that we will have a recap with Tarta, most likely during Snezhnaya archon quest. But, this is all base on assumption. I just hope they don't kill him off though, like some other assumptions made D

Childe is 11th probably because he is the youngest and potentially the worst in battle compared to the other harbingers? i think the reason why he's so good in battle while being so young is because his mentor took him to a place where time doesn't move and he trained there for a long time, and when he got back, he still retained all the battle experience while seeming like no time passed at all.

Harbingers aren’t ranked by Age but rather power because if it was ranked by age someone like Pantalone who currently just looks like a normal human banker should be at least 10 and in Childe’s voicelines he literally says Harbingers are ranked by Strength.Someone also made a theory that Harbingers are also ranked by their Information and overall utility and usefulness since when in Liyue Childe wasn’t informed that Zhongli was Morax and in Inazuma Signora didn’t know Scara had the Gnosis

I actually have a theory on why childe is the 11th only despite the fact it says he is one of the most dangerous in combat- His voice lines and character story often talk about how literally nobody like him (lmao) But one of his voice lines says “Face me in person, man to man, and I'll always have a chance of beating you. Same goes if you're a deity or a monster from the abyss. But the Harbingers? They are more enamored with their intangible methods, spending their days scheming and maneuvering.” (More About Tartaglia: II) So what I think is that the other harbingers are so high ranked because of their big brain scheming skills, like we often see in the Archon Quests, but childe is in there for combat skill alone… which got him into the harbingers but not far with them. Edit: Childe’s Character Story (character details) says: “He is the youngest among the harbingers, but one of the most dangerous among their number.” (Yes, it does say among their number singular and not numbers plural and I don’t know why.)

I'm here for those who argue that Capitano is no 1 because of the unconfirm speculation of a leaker. You who has this opinion it's means that Capitano who is a human is as strong as an archon and Varka who equal in power will also as strong as an archon.... It's not just strength, but also what they can bring to the Fatui, like finances, people/contacts, and deals. I personally think Arlecchino is ranked 4th because she runs the House of Hearth orphanage, and she brings in the majority of soldiers, agents, and spies who train and work for the Fatui. Pulcinella is the literal mayor of Zhneznaya, which brings a lot of influence and power both nationally and internationally. Dottore had all of his segments, which let him do a whole bunch of things at the same time. He was responsible for creating "positive" relations with Mondstadt, and I'm sure his experiments have been useful to the Fatui and the Tsaritsa. Capitano is...well, he's Capitano, I guess. Based on his name, he's the leader of the Fatui's military/fighting force. As for Columbina, I have no idea. She must be insanely powerful to be in the top three.
