He almost managed to control both Brazilian and Portuguese empires, but after that the brazilian nobles took him out of power in a coup and he had flee to Portugal.

Your history is completely messed up. What ACTUALLY happened was that after Pedro and Miguel's father died (they were brothers), the two were not fit to rule (Pedro betrayed Portugal by supporting the Brazillian revolution and Miguel betrayed Portugal by fighting against the Liberal Revolution). As a result they agreed to marry Miguel to Pedro's daughter, Maria, and have him reign as regent untill she was of age. That didn't happen since Miguel overthrew her and declared himself Absolute Monarch of Portugal. Pedro, a Constitutional Monarch, was furious. As such he decided to abdicate his Brazillian throne and pass it to his son, Pedro II, to go to Portugal and fight his brother. Pedro had no connection to Brazil by the time he arrived in Portugal.

At 1:50 perhaps it would be better to do a Gallaecian ending, since in Roman times and before that the north of the western Iberia was Gallaecia, while Lusitania was more on the south. As ideas, you could have included the Suebi, Tordesilhas, Couto Mixto or the return of Dom Sebastião. But great work anyway!
