Ultra Heavyweight Champion is the reference to Street Fighter 2 Zangief because every move is +7 on hit, his sweep is frame 7 so that means he ends his combo with sweep (most of the time) other than that he has only 2 specials and the cpu can do cpu stuffs (jumpcanceling)
