My problem with this uniform is that it's reminding me of the same problem we faced about 2-3 years ago with T3s: new uniforms aren't moving the needle as much as they should. Because their initial upgrade to T4 was so massive, now Thor and Hulk really aren't any better off with their new unis. Carving a few seconds off of a GBR run isn't very enticing to most players, and if the unis weren't released during the 50% discount I feel like a lot of players would have skipped them. Also, giving Hulk a PvE uni when they just altered how OWB handles debuffed characters is a strange decision. This would have been a perfect time for him to re-enter the meta. Now he's maybe better than Doc Ock in some content. Kinda baffling.

Hulk uni is a decent upgrade. Unis in general don't add as much power as before because now they sell that power elsewhere (artifacts, T4. swords, collection, etc.).

If the differences between "Love and Thunder" and "All Father Reborn" are limited to higher level "World Boss" content, then I will wait to get the new uniform. I tend to use Thor for "Dimension Mission", "Story Mode", lower stages of "World Boss Legend" and whenever I make another attempt at filling archive entries via "Dispatch Mission" and "Dimension Rift". And I honestly don't know when I will try to push higher stages. But what I do know is that I cut back on getting as many uniforms as possible during the half off sale in order to focus on getting Emma Frost, her "Gala" uniform, and the "Infinity Watch" uniform for Adam Warlock. All for the sake of unlocking the last options for the "Love and Thunder" uniform that makes Thor Odinson my go to for a significant amount of the content I play. Between the "sunk cost fallacy" tied to that and just how useful it is, I won't be getting the new uniform any time soon.

Mega 6 Star and then a CTP on the one time Free Rolls in the Core. Go me! I think it's "good" just not essential. Or better "priority". Like if it's a question given the sale is about to end for the year of say investing Crystal in Thor (or Titan Hulk) or say Thanos Wins? Yeah. If you already have the prior uniform it isn't a have to have. If you can spare the Crystals then sure, get it. I have to budget and ended up getting Thanos instead.

I actually use Thor like daily, both pre and post this update, and I dont feel he has improved noticeably, I think if you didnt get his last uni this is good sure, but its, like you say, an increase but not a marked increase. Plus i really personally dislike the bright red dishwasher gloves on the uniform! lol. Before Sentry came around I was building Odin for T4 but now with Scarlet Witch potentially arriving soon I will wait before deciding out of Thor/Odin/SW ill use my spare Rage on to reforge.

With the old uni you also have to wait longer on the 5 for him raising stormbreaker which made him mad annoying to play. I think the new uni is a good upgrade especially for qol.

It’s okay. The uniform improves his damage, but I liked his previous uniform’s tracking on the 3 & 4 skills. I wish they gave him an attack proc on 3 or 4. Like a 50 or 100%.

I think max cap for elemental dmg is 300%. So judgment on him will waste same % of lightning dmg if you use lead or support increase elemental dmg since his passive already increase lightning dmg by 65% and 25%.

@@Pyroblaze212 How would u know?? Most ppl don't even have him because of the bio thing... I have him damn near top 10 ranked, so my build is very good. He is squishy as he always was except the new uni doesn't give him the Immunity to Cancel on his passive anymore... He needs survivability only...his damage is almost all scaled on accumulation, has a heal every 2 and a half seconds with a barrier, and a 35% heal on a skill. I've actually tested more than a few CTPs on him... Oh, I am definitely joking on the meta thing, but again... How would u know? I spend money and don't wait on youtubers to see if a character is good. My comment could've been 100% correct, and you'd still just be blindly commenting to me. The creators have all tested him in PVE where he isn't good at all, so who is to say my PVP testing is flawed? Mighty Authority is no good because he can be clapped before the steel effect comes into play. Mighty Regen is better than Authority because his ability to take damage is stopped by the Cancel and Pierce. immunity on the CTP. Big HP shield, which he has a lot of; a heal, and the penetration (best I actually tested if I'm being honest). Rage is good because he has a wonky rotation that doesn't make him proc friendly. The rage is where u see that his damage isn't that good in PVE. Mighty Destruction gives a cool damage bump because of the proc, but like the rage; it becomes apparent that his base damage is pretty low, and the destruction doesn't give him any survivability, which is what he needs for PVP (not so much for PVE because he has s on everything). I have a Mighty Egg, but I don't want to waste crystals testing it on him since I already know that it doesn't offer as much survivability for him, being like the Authority, which requires him to take damage before it kicks in. He can be one shotted and never able to make use of the Vitality. His heal also isn't a constant one. The Brilliant Patience tho... It has a 10-spot barrier that offers his original uni perk of being Cancel and Pierce Immune, as well as a heal... It also raises his Dodge stat, which helps any squishy character (even tho he needs to be hit to accumulate) and gives his energy damage kit a much needed REFLECT reduction with Invincibility. That said... No, I didn't put my Patience on him yet, but per all of my testing in TLB and OWB; it's going to be his best option next to just making him a full support with a Mighty or Brilliant Insight paired to his Leadership. I still have the Authority on him. Contemplated taking the Brilliant Authority from Wolverine and giving it to Anti Man, but I don't see where a difference will be made when it's getting one shotted that that CTP can't fix with damage reduction. Current TLB team is Anti Man. Old King Thanos, and Wolverine (all w Mighty or Brilliant Authority}; and they're kicking up some good dust. This is a mini book that I've written, but hopefully anyone wondering how he actually performs can see this and use it as some sort of guide. Pardon the original bite of my reply and thank u for forcing me to type this up. I tend to be lazy when it comes to comments about builds. P.s... CynicAlex, if u don't test him, PIN this comment. this uni is of no value (if you have the previous one) unless you are pushing for very high wbl stages. This is the problem with the unis they are releasing, there is no balancing of 95% of the uni, they are just releasing unis for collection, the unis are not helping the majority of customers achieve anything in the game

GBR🎉 OLD uniform = 7.19min NEW uniform= 7.34min Leadership = 60% Support = 40% Both same support😅. Then I tested Total support =140% Thor 2 phase 10 bar = 7.20min😮 Total support =160% Odin 2 phase 10 bar = 6.50min😅.

I know Titan Hulk is better than Nul Hulk and on-par with Doc Oct but I had to skip his new uniform as I prefered him in green skin. While I heard All-Father Thor got some mixed reviews and abit less power than Odin but I'm still deciding since I love his new uniform. I don't have Doc Oct and Odin new uniforms. But from what i understood: If you have the Thor on T4 and the Love and Thunder Uni already you dont need the uniform If you only have Thor on T3 but use him for all the gamemodes or you want to build thor now its a good buy
