Beautiful song, beautiful video and nice dreadlocks man...... We need to move with time , nazarites like Samson, Solomon , John the Baptist and Jesus Christ (debatable ) all had dreadlocks, (not ubwele naba pastor bako with rules which are not biblical trying to castigate others) let's move with time
@celestialsound.65363 жыл бұрын
Very true brother, life would have been easier if the Bible was literally followed as it is. It's very clear on dreadlocks and other things. Great song indeed.
@peterchibuye18703 жыл бұрын
kindly share the scripture where you're getting such information that Jesus and Samson had dreadlocks, I SEEM NOT TO SEE IT IN MY BIBLE
@peterchibuye18703 жыл бұрын
for Samson yes i've read it before in judges 16,,, but then what about Jesus
@Kangwa_3 жыл бұрын
@@peterchibuye1870 after researching allow me to submit two schools of thought 1) Jesus was a Nazarite and as such was under the same rules followed by Samson which don't allow cutting of hair 2) that it was John the Baptist who had locked hair and not Jesus, apparently due to the partaking of wine by Jesus on different occasions it has been disputed that he was under the Nazarite vow which doesn't allow a man to shave his head... So John the Baptist Solomon and Samson are the ones who had dreads

Awesome! But now, we can't tell whether you're Adventists or just musicians from anywhere singing gospel...
@muundamudenda13043 жыл бұрын
I think they don't need to look Adventists...It's enough that they are Christians. Speaking as a Baptized Adventist and Invested Master Guide, I see a future where we as Adventists will struggle to spread the gospel because we fail to move with times. That God who fails to meet people in their times and culture, that God I don't need. If he met Abraham in His times, He should be able to meet us in our times.
@oscarh.hamangaba56253 жыл бұрын
@@muundamudenda1304 You`re right. But what happens when you as an MG soon begin to appear in worldly fashions? Would you call that to be gospel as well? As far as we`re all concerned, the gospel must be preached with all moderations and with reverence before whom you serve. You see, no matter how casual people will become with handling God`s work, God himself will never be casual. What He detested a thousand years ago, He will detest even today. If I recall very well in the Bible, there should be a part where some people will tell God that we laboured in your name, but they shall be denied. And for me I don`t think it`s just those pastors who steal money from people in Jesus name...
@joycemwape52043 жыл бұрын
Iam not Adventist but these guys look awesome. I have no problem with them and they have appealed to me. This sing has a very spiritual touch that is xaptivative causing some of us to put the song on repeat every day
@kasubapaulmbulo21273 жыл бұрын
@@muundamudenda1304 Be in the world, but not of the world. Even in Abraham's time, the children of God were distinguished from the rest through their humble looks and their simple lifestyles. In every generation, God has his own chosen people who represent his character very well to unbelievers, e.g. the Israelites in the old days. For instance, it didn't take Christ to sin in order to save sinners. Neither did it take the disciples to drink, smoke nor look like Jah men in order to save Jah men. (the problem comes in when one starts focusing much on themselves and concentrate much on their looks; this can give birth to pride). And lastly, you said that "the God who fails to meet people in THEIR times and CULTURE, that God you don't need". NB: it's God who created time and so it belongs to Him. You, as a Master Guide must learn to move in God's time throughout the years of your life and not to follow the time that the world has to offer. Coming to 'culture', you, as an MG should know better by now that Christianity is a lifestyle which ought to be adopted as our culture. The word Christian means "Christ like". 1 John 2:6 - "He who says he abides in Him (Christ) ought himself (You) also to walk just as He walked." Above all, a simple advice I can give to you is that, DRESS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE ADDRESSED. In as much as most of we Adventists may seem to be too legalistic, at least we base our Biblical knowledge with verses like this one: 1 John 2:15-17 "Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are from this world. And this world is fading away, along with everything that people crave. But anyone who does what pleases God will live forever."
@tabomwanaumo32643 жыл бұрын
@Muunda Mudenda who invested you as a master guide kanshi.. The Church of God has a standard acceptable whether we choose to be modern it must be the modern that represents God. Next time people will start wearing earrings in church and you will see nothing wrong with that. If you like I can give you enough quotation to justify my stance that the brother's hairdo does not represent who we are as Adventists especially in this part of the world.
