question to ask is who benefits from online taxis- the customer gets good quality cars, with a/c operation and at 40% lower costs known in at the time of booking, whilst the other so called goan taxis are substandard quality, ac non operation, costs are higher and unpredictable. activists are a motivated lot, no free lunches. goa needs more than one online operator for taxis, motorcycle pilots to free problems of high costs, parking issues and quality of vehicles.
