I think Eris mentions him in one of her lines - as expected he is having the time of his life. (iirc Hephaestus also has a line about Athena testing weapons? Either way, it will be interesting to see if they'll let us meet any of those three, or get their boons: though it makes sense why Athena's would be unlocked so far into the game if at all given how broken Deflect can be)

It would be funny if we see Dionysus enter his old Cult persona where the wine cult had Dionysus as an old dream god. So we see him and he's less party more delirious meandering finding a solution in the maddening tonics he's brewing.

I be manifesting this. I think it's be cool if he has the orphic influence on his possible new design if they ever do it (like bullhorn or sort it be amazing). Perhaps in future Chronos might push his button, making him unleash the madness side 🙏

Since Dionysus is also the god of madness, i think it'd be interesting to see him in a new light, like imagine : everybody's telling Melinoe he's a chill dude who doesn't like to fight and loves partying, then when you finally encounter him he's the total opposite ! He could've snap and gone mad because of the whole situation with chronos (+ he miss his buddy zag), making his wild unpredictable side show up !! I hope we'll see him either way because his my fav greek god 🙏🏽🙏🏽 (Sorry if i worded anything weirdly english is not my 1st language)

I read an interesting theory that Chronos bought into Orpheus' song that said Zagreus and Dionysus were the same person and kidnapped him. Probably not true since we see zagreus in the flashback and Aphrodite says that dionysus "hasn't been himself" not "he's gone missing," but still an interesting theory nonetheless.

The gods have different standards. Hera calls hephaestus uncouth. Does he truly look that way to you? & Zeus thinks Artemis lonely for being allegedly single, but she has werebear and nymph friends. //oh no, I just found actual proof that nothing that comes out of Zeus's mouth can be trusted. This is an actual quote: "...I sometimes pity you, Hestia, for never having known the joys of matrimony for yourself. Challenges arise in any such relationship, but together with your beloved partner, you find a way! All you must do is compromise and cooperate."

There's literally a whole play about how he had a man have his own mother rip him to shreds and then turned his mum into a snake just because they refused to believe Dionysus' mother gave birth to him, or that Dionysus' was a god at all

That probably won't work for the Titan. That would be poling the sleeping leopard...even tho Dionysus can grow grapes anywhere, he's also the God of Madness. So much like Hypnos would put the Titan or his forces to sleep (it works on gods too btw), Dionysus would reduce Chronos's army into a mob of gibbering lunatics that are constricted by grapevines. He's the last Olympian you want to underestimate... especially when you remember Dionysus hates party buzz killers

I'm wondering if we will get Ares, Athena and Dionysus only when we get Olympus, I'd bet more on the first too cause they have the excuse to be there and busy, Dionysus I'm not sure

I wonder if Ares, Athena, and Dionysus will come in updates, or if one or two of them unlock when Melinoë first defeats Chronos or Eris first in a “you got my respect” kinda way (unlock automatically if defeated once before update, 3rd one is placed even on a fresh new file). Or perhaps if freeing Zagreus becomes a thing, the 3rd of the missing Olympians joins, say Dionysus in particular as he has an Orphic bond with him, and Dionysus was too drowned in a sadder drunkenness until good ol’ Zag his Chthonic bro was liberated.
