I also have fraternal twins. They just turned 11 in June. My daughters birthday is 9 days before theirs. They all get their own cake. I’ve done it since my boys were born. Twins are always “lumped together” and share a lot of things, so I wanted them to feel special. It IS a lot of work, but they really appreciate it, especially my boys, who are older. Hearing “Thanks for my own cake mom. I love it!!” makes your momma heart feel good. They each get to pick out their own flavor too.

With those statistics of the growth rate does that take in consideration her condition and her heritage? I hate the charts. My girls are all really small but my husband and I are not big people. My doctor always just told me my kids are on their own track and they are growing at their own rate and that's really all that matter. I'm so thankful for their doctor.

I was pregnant with a Down syndrome daughter this past year and she actually passed away in my womb at my 20 wk appointment. They said the reason you don’t see severe Down syndrome babies out of the womb is because they usually don’t make it. Seeing and hearing about Rosie makes me happy! 💙

I painted my back kitchen/sitting room dark gray/ almost black. It’s called “Cracked Pepper”. This wall includes my fireplace and mostly windows. I even painted the trim and window sills dark. It’s absolutely my favorite room in the house. I say do it! I love the bow! I shoot a compound and a cross bow. It’s so relaxing and rewarding to hear that “THUNK” when arrow meets target 🎯

For the seedlings! They should be as close to the grow light as possible so that they don’t get leggy. After 2 weeks it’s a good idea to fertilize. You can even get a fan blowing near them so they grow thick and strong. Once the true leaves come in it’s time to move them to a larger cup. Don’t let them dry out, water every day, or every other day

I love archery too. I have a hickory longbow that I had made for me about 16yrs ago. It only draws 28 lbs lol. I find it relaxing to 'plink' arrows. My dad had a recurve but my BIL has it now.

You might try Orchard grass for hay, it is true grass, unlike Timothy and Alfalfa which are a high percentage of leafy plants. I am allergic to both Timothy and alfalfa but can tolerate orchard grass as long as I don’t wallow in it 😁. Also Orchard grass is lower in protein and higher in fiber, so easy keepers do great on it! And the goats were pretty happy on it.

The seedling starts just need to be closer to the lights :) about 2 - 3 inches and move the lights up as their grow. (or the plants down) I see the middle raised tray is doing better because its closer to the lights.

I was born in Spain (navy brat) and my mother is English and she said when I was a baby people were shocked my ears weren't pierced. I begged & begged, my mother would say "if God wanted holes in your earlobes you'd be born with them" but finally on my 8th Birthday my mom relented & my dad took my older sister & I to a kiosk in the mall. Just loosen your grip on the bow if you squeeze the riser you will pull the bow into your arm. Try just holding the riser on your thumb just barely touching your pointer finger around the riser. The loose grip is key!

My son and daughter were always at 5th percentile for everything. My daughter once never reached the chart as well. I’m sure are still very thin for their age, but are now 18 and 17 so we don’t get those pediatricians charts anymore but my son shot up to 6’ literally overnight. They are both taller than I am at this point, it’s almost a shock to see how big our kids grow. Rosie might just be a little petite young lady when she gets older. My grandma never reached 5’ at adulthood. I’m 5’1” and their dad is 6’4” so we were unsure of what height my kids would eventually be. Short story long…. It’s a shock to see how fast they grow all at once at a certain age.

My 4 children are Extra...show up strongly on the autism spectrum...so when my ,then , 5 year old daughter begged to get her ears pierced, we followed her lead....she spent w years with just ear pierced! 😆...I found some lidocaine freezing, so she got the second ear done later.

Our girl maxed out at 5 foot even. Trisomy 21 rocks and God knows there are so many harder things parents deal with. Down syndrome is a walk in the park compared to some of the other disabilities that can happen. Don't fret Mama. Talk to your doc. Broccoli sprouts are so good in ham and cheese sandwiches!! With garlic aioli, but that may just be me! Oh that was, correct, my oldest daughter went through life for about a year with 1 pierced ear.

I had done 1 wall with chalk paint and 1 with magnetic paint. so that they can write and draw and one wall with magnetic paint they can hang drawings and posters or so with fridge magnets. Maybe an idea for your playroom
