I solved it, what sits on Grunkle Stan is a "Fez". The code is "You Are One Smarty Boi". In this case, it's "Girl".

Episode 36 (season 2, 16) , the code at the end of the episode that says "Sous, like a noble golden retriever, eventually found his way homeward and befriended a talking bulldog and sassy cat along the way" is a reference to the 1993 movie, Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey. In which a golden retriever, bulldog and a cat make their way across treacherous mountains and forest land to get back home. [also, this was mistakenly marked as season 1 instead of season 2]
