Precisions on the True Damage Ekko skin : the music changes after the use of an ability and not only his ult When you use Q, the music slows and is distorded because Timewinder smows time When you cast W the music slows and then stops if you enter the W area When pressing E and dashing the music goes distorted and speeds up greatly After each ability is used fully, the music goes back to normal And yes when you press ult you get what was shown in the video

Spirit Blossom Thresh can have a human look after I think he get 50 or 60 souls, but you need to activate your ultimate and you can change it with ctrl+5 later in the game when you recall/respawn.
