Hi. The Isle lore Enthusiast (Evrima and Legacy) here. Hypo Rex (technically Hyper Rex/Hyperendocrin-Rex) has no actual remodel as of yet- the design we see in this video is a modded version of the 2nd Version Legacy currently has; The design being based off the 2020 Evrima Hyper Rex concept art. The slightly edited calls are just fan made from the Legacy Hyper Rex. Hyper Carno technically doesn't have a second version (the battle-scarred version), being that it is a fun mod version- same goes with Quetz. I would LOVE to have seen the Drone Quetz for Evrima design within Legacy. Magna Rex is technically Big Daddy from Primal Carnage which is the Rex in PC(E) that you can play in-game; It's also one of the most buggiest in Legacy due to being very late game in development (just before 2019 recode beginning). 9:32 (Neurotenic Spino) - Technically this part of actual in-game lore in incorrect. All strains (and Magnas) were made by Apollo Engineering (although, AE stole the Magna design from Phoenix International, the company from Primal Carnage, in an operation called "Opt. Inferno. Where Big Daddy, the rex, died). The most terrifying aspect of Neuro Spino is that, in legacy lore, it was able to conjure EMP blasts and controls the weather. However, if you want to talk about THE neuro that truly terrifies The Isle is "Neurotenic Mastermind" / "Echidna" / "Mother of Cannibals (tribals)" in which she becomes a siren; perfectly replicating ANY voice of a human, dead or alive, and recreating it perfectly into a transmission of help to lure humans. Feathered/Primal Rex is, as it is said, the first Rex model. Being bought from The Stomping Lands, akin to Galli and a few others. However, Tribals are a lot more interesting than their "primitive" store bought counter part in official Legacy and Evrima lore. Tribals, also known as "Cannibals" / "Generation One", are genetically created "humanoid" creatures that are roughly 7-9ft (give or take, they are tall). They are monsters in design, sacrificing things (like Generation Twos, the human playable) to The Replicator- which is an AI machine. Big and ugly, they will be able jump, climb and kill. Fun. Overall, nice video- I wish Mercenaries (albeit, they're not technically mercs anymore) were still playable in modded legacy- I only come here today not to critic but to inform anyone interested in both Isle Lore and isle's funny dinosaurs. au revoir

@@SophisticatedFrog69 all hypos have been removed from the game the only way to get them is to download 1.53.3 and some ather mods and play on some custom servers that allow to spawn as a hypo in modern 1.81 the isle there is no way you can get a hypo

@@BangBangNoee as of me and alien current understanding of the isle and the devs is 1 they were removed to make people go to evrima we can see them also make the night darker removing flowers and stuff like that which would make sence cause they want more people on evrima 2 which is a theory is that the devs at 1.53.3 they sold the game to a unknown chinese company even thought that sounds crazy there is evidence that backs it up 1 being that in the isle website undates on legacy stop at 1.53.3 even thought they continue on evrima 2 is the uncanny amount of china servers recently a lot of chinese servers have been popping up called china 2-china 1 they have a pop of 200 and have always more then 100 players me being from the eu i cant join said servers neither can i find them in game i have to use a website also if you have been playing on the server called new beginnings or noobz you will realise that the past months/years there have been a LOT more hackers and all of them are chinese if you look at the update history of the game now being 1.81.1 i think there are some changes that happened after 1.53.1 most importanly the removal of hypos but also some athers for example back then i use to be able to see at night without gamma generally then the game was much brighter at night as now its pitch black and gamma is requered another change is that in the dv test level if you have access to the skycam by being admin you can see that under the pool some stractures have been changed which suggests that someone that is a dev changed it

for showcase videos like these, i'd suggest going into gameplay settings and turning off head rotation. makes it so the head doesnt flop around so you can get some good shots.

I think the classic Hypo Rex design was perfect. It didn’t have some goofy ass face, it was a tame design but still a badass Super Rex. The jaw splitting on the Hypo Giga makes it feel super unique and while the Spino has the same type of split jaw that one seems like it would help the beast hunt fish by catching them in its jaw.

Out of all Hypoendocrin strain creatures that have been shown so far. Hypoendocrin (Hypo) Carnotaurus is my favourite. I love that they gave some love to the speed demon and its sounds remind me a lot of the Carnotaurus sounds from Disney's Dinosaur. The old Quetz brings memories from 2015.

Awesome showcase! The dinosaur strains are badass, also the sounds for the neuro spino and magna rex don’t have there actual calls sounds in yet, but they will in the future. Also the neuro spino from what I’ve heard has a barb like tongue used to feed and an EMP attack like the muto from Godzilla 2014, there are videos which show the animation and scent animation as well as videos showcasing the neuro spino calls. Also I read a comment in the discussion in the video and can confirm the isle has a connection to primal carnage , there are a lot of lore, and hints at that fact. The magnatyrannus, a magna strain is the profected hypo strain which doesn’t have the issue of always starving like the hypos, hypos are still the most powerful but magna strains are capable of taking on a hypo, but hypos will be the ones winning most of the time. Also hints at what the magna spino will look like and be an updated realistic primal carnage spino, as the base design, in the lore it mentions thronebreaker replicating in one of the older AE transmissions. Also I remember when they had the cannibal creature, and the colossal matriarch. Also hypo quetz. I wonder when they will reveal the magna raptor and giga, as well as the tissoplastic strains.

Of course! Also indeed true, there’s a lot of fascinating lore, something called the replicator, a location called tartarus which has a lot of the strain creatures like the tissoplastic reaper and neuro echidna. The matriarch is said to be the size of a compy but will grow much larger than a puertasaurus, and the giant kaiju sized skeleton which is on one of the older isle maps. Hope to see more of the strain creatures and updated hypos eventually released in evrima.

The hypo remodels certainly look adapted to their surroundings, but they also look horrid. Nero needs to have it's jaws connect properly, therefore having an overbite, and if pew/brachi ever get re-added it needs front leg attacks similar to the front ones, a tail attack, and it's stomp attack to have lit'\s tiny little back legs run it forward, so it does large damage on the way and very large when it's front feet fall. Overall, it's very nice they all got re-added with mods.

There could definitely be some changes made to make the Hypos more anatomical. Personally, I love them as they are, but there can always be improvements. There may be possible changes to them in Evrima!

Neuro Spino, best and favorite dino in the game, sadly the neuro's calls werent used in the video, then comes Hypo Spino. Hypo Carno is nice and i feel like with its insane health might have something to do with the H-Carno's code name: Hades. I also remember a glitch dino that was any type of dino, but as a playable meat dino, issue was the camera cant move.

Nice! I love the Hypo Carno the most, I think because of its speed and how aggressive/angry it sounds. Hypo Spino is super cool too, they did an amazing job on its and all the Hypo models. Oh? Unfortunately I do not know the answer to that. Currently there is one Nuero and one Magna creature and all the rest on !!Open Dinos!! are Hypos or other creatures. I have never heard of Tissoplastic creatures before, maybe they were only left in concept art and never given a model?

@@mightyblight Well, there is(was) a model of the so called "Tissoplastic Reaper" if you've never seen it along with concept art. Personally I found it very cool, though it was more a bat mutant than dinosaur. There was also a hypo colossus or something like that which was only in concept art were it was big compared to like a sauropod, so we're talking *BIG.* I think there was something for neuro as well, though I have only heard about it and never seen any concept art. I think it was called "neurotenic matriarch" or something along that. I could however be completely wrong about the name, because it was a good few years ago since I heard about it.

Imma be honest, I will always prefer the primal Rex to the new designs. It just comes across as much more unique and isn’t a Jurassic Park clone. I do still like the new Rex but I like how graceful the primal one is along with its light feathering.

The Primal/Feathered Rex is definitely elegant! I love how the vanilla Rex is very aggressive in posture and sounds. But I can also see the appeal of the older version too.

Unfortunately yes, the hypos and other unique creatures were put on the back burner. I also am uncertain for their future in Evrima. But! Due to the modding community in Legacy, you can now check them out on an older branch and even remodel them, as I did in this video.

Discord server, which you can find in the description and pinned comment. I can definitely make more content on hypos in the future! I actually do not know why they were cancelled, but I agree, they look really cool.

It is the Evrima Hypo Rex! Look at its reference picture, it is remodeled here: isle.fandom.com/wiki/Hyperendocrin_Tyrannosaurus I love both of them so much, the Evrima one looks more sleek while the Legacy one looks more buff.

They have sadly abandoned Legacy, the current remodel was made by the largest Legacy modding community. It is the Evrima version, but just a remodel for the Legacy Hypo.

Now i just hope they , like JW and others, get that the GIGA is in fact STRONGER. It has the same muscle mass in its body while still sleaker and faster than a rex AND its bigger. And even SERIOUS people about "realism" put in the giga ABLE to beat a rex anytime anyday. Also : Rex has a "being carried" animation now (THE ADULT ONE THAT IS). Soooo they basicaly ONLY COULD DO one thing : DC2 GIGA! It is radioactive altered thus the size and durability of it and its power to survive ANOTHER MISSLE EXPLODING IN ITS FACE (Althou scared and deformed)

Yeah same here, Dondi is not a fun developer to deal with. There was a lot of potential for this game and Hypos but I don’t have 30 years to wait for it all and to deal with the bugs. Legacy is still a gem, but its days are numbered now. :’)

Unfortunately, these creatures are hard to access, !!Open Dinos!! made the process very easy. Some are remodels and some require you to inject as them to play. These dinosaurs were put on the backburner and are left behind in an older version of the game.
