@@mightyblight Bought the game 2 days ago, spawned in, it was the beginning of the night, laid down in a bush scared like a kitty, went afk, was ded when i came back..was it hunger, was it another dino,will never know

Depends on the server, most servers do not allow Pue, especially DM servers.

Oh I’m uncertain, but both Zariff and I are perma’d from NB. And thank you! I do not have a more detailed video about sniping but I will say that the hitboxes are not broken. Only dinos with a broken hitbox are Shant and Trike, and they are just extremely narrow/don’t turn with their faces. Their hitboxes only hit in the direction their body is facing, not their actual face lol. Snipes work because of a little chunk of the dino model not being “on or meshed” into the model and instead it is floating like 6-8ish DM tiles away from away from the dinosaur’s left knee. The model size of the dino also determines the distance of the snipe hitbox relative to their size. But yeah, snipes are about that little floating chunk of the dino model, not the attacking/biting hitboxes being large or broken. Does this help explain things a bit more?

@@voltaire9176 Apexes are super fun to play solo once you know what you are doing. Giga and Rex are amazing, especially solo Rex versus large groups of other dinos. Just practice fighting riders and watch videos of skilled apex players. I was perma'd because I played sandbox juvies on NB DM to fight people in front of admins without realizing people used it to get free grows in survival lmao.

Turn in place is ALT turn. I haven't played in a long time so I sadly do not remember. But, it was one of the movement keys, I say Z turn because I think the default is Z. If you press Z on and off if you don't change the key it should switch between "trot" and your tighter turn (Z turn). If your keys are default.

nobody plays on alt turn enabled servers because it's pure cancer, and takes zero skill.

You are wrong about this because you are promoting a playstyle that actually makes things even worse for apex players. Dilo only needs like 8-10 bites to bleed out a Rex, that is so cheesy and does not take skill. Riding a Rex the whole time as a Dilo or going over the bleed-out bite limit does take skill and allows the apex more chances to actually counter you. So no, you are wrong, there is skill in tail riding and there is fairer game play for apex players. It is incredibly difficult to ride apexes as a low-mid tier player, especially good players. Just as there are skills to counter riders as an apex, just practice and you will clap most riders. Not going to argue about this with you any further.

No you haven't. You've literally NEVER seen a pro player die to something like that because a PRO player actually knows how to fight. BTW a PRO player will always tail ride you, will always double or triple bite you, yes there is triple bite that only I and my friends know how to do. There is literally no way a PRO apex player will die to even a Utah if he knows what he's doing. Utah has the best chance out of all those dinos to defeat an apex but it's never gonna happen against someone like me or the people I played with. I solod a pack of 15 dilos at night on the Thenyaw map for 3 days and nights straight because they kept buying grows and coming after me. I killed ALL of them as a solo Rex.

@@kenshinhimura9387 No, a pro apex player can lose to a pro Utah player. Those Dilos were not good if they could not down you with 15 of them. A single Dilo can take down an apex. Not going to argue about this with you. Good job against the Dilos.

Oh! Cera can “slide” when sitting, but its more of a visual glitch. Can look like you are sitting, but you are actually standing and can surprise people with it. Galli is the only dinosaur that can do sliding kick DPS.

Thank you! Yes Rex can regain stamina while standing by spamming the sit key, totally forgot about that one. Although, I had no idea you could bite to stop it, I thought you had to count while pressing the sit key and only stop pressing it on an even number to stop without sitting down. Very interesting!

Oh woah I’ve never heard of the meat dino before. It sounds super scary to encounter. Also Neuro Spino is sick! I wish I knew to add its calls at the time, the one I used only had the regular spino calls. Hypo Carno is also badass, its definitely overtuned though compared to the other hypos.

Yeah if the hitboxes were more accurate it would have been interesting. The snipe hitbox is the most broken, the damage ones like biting are decently accurate.

@@Fanego97 Yes, you would need to grow to full adult on all servers. But, in the Discord of all servers you can save up points and grow to full adult instantly.

@@ratguts-l6y There are counters to kill riders, its why people watch videos so they can learn how to defeat other players. What is the point of playing a game if you aren't trying to get better at it? Just because you grow a Rex should not make you immortal to other dinos. I'm not going to argue about this anymore.

bro... everyone I know has always played like this. My friends and I are super competitive PVP players. When we played Legacy we used to dominate the Life Finds A Way server. Nobody could beat us in a fight. We wiped out entire clans and forced them to quit the server.

Progression is a much older game mode of the Isle Legacy that is outdated. In progression you would survive long enough and “level up” your dinosaur to turn into bigger and stronger dinos. You’d start with the weakest, say a Utah, and progress into a Rex. In survival you spawn as the dinosaur you wish the play and grow that dinosaur until adult, there is no evolving into a different dinosaur. Also, survival is the current game made in Legacy; alongside Sandbox.
