Yeah but Frollo was never mistreated, he was the guy who mistreated outcasts. Jafar was also a royal advisor, who was never mistreated either. Overall, I think the meaning would be more about how some people do horrible things and have the delusional belief that they deserved more in some way, when in reality, they got what they deserved based on their actions.

Heck, at one point, Frollo sings about how others had delights when he didn't, but in his story, he actively punished those who enjoyed themselves, while refusing to partake when offered. What he complains about others doing was self-imposed through his judgemental and wrathful behavior.

@@draconadjawners667 as an animation student I can confirm, animating 4 legged creatures is much harder than 2, and the thing with the lions mouth is while we may not see it move much normally, we do see roars, but exaggerate it too much and it wouldn't match it very well, don't exaggerate enough and it looks stiff

Frollo is perfect! His singing voice, his expressive hands--as if he came straight from the movie. Also--that shot around 4:59 with the flames surrounding his leering face was perfect! I also really loved the "Every rose has its thorn" line from Maleficent. Also, thanks for finding an appropriate way to include Scar in this one. Your CGI version of him brings Disney's version to shame.

This was just what this season needed! Jafar had a great script with the 'second place problem'. Frollo was singing really calm and frollo-like. Scar has a good design! Exactly what I was thinking! I think it would be hard for Ursula to be in her Half-octopus form while in the castle though, because she's a sea creature, not to mention how heavy she is. Unpopular Thought below. I actually thought that if Scar eventually joined The Villains'Lair, Ursula would brew a potion that will turn him into a human for as long as he's inside the castle, like How Ursula is in her Vanessa form. The first time i saw Scar i felt kinda weird about it, because you clearly see, that it's animated. Do i care? No. Because eventually, after watching this video on repeatfor half an hour, his visuals grew on me more with every second. Of course i never excepted a perfect Scar, but i think you guys did a realky, really, amazingly good Job at it! I think his movement is a bit weird sometimes, or like he's twitching, but it doesn't bother me, because his CGI still looks better than some stuff i've seen. Good job! I've followed this series since the very first episode, and i squelled with delight, as soon as another episode was released. And i loved, and still love, every single song. Your Actors and Singers are AMAZING people, and i wanted to say thank you, since this gets close to the end if the first season. Thanks. Your Actors, Voices, Songs and Costumes are literally perfect. The effort you put into every single video, and how you guys try to get every (probably not, but whatever) villain into this series is unbelievable. The time you take for someone like Scar, to literally animate him, instead of just leaving him out, is exeptionally unique. The locations you choose are also on point, and a perfect choice every time. You made so many Disney-Fans so happy, and i wanted to thank you for this. What we could possibly learn about the Villain's backstory from the song Jafar: Denied Justice at some point, tried to prove himself, but was always cast aside by others (probably including the Sultan). Sought out the Genie as a result and was defeated by Aladdin Frollo: Experienced an unhappy childhood, this cruel childhood he experienced probably played a part in developing his hatred for gypsies and possibly most of the world who believes in true and proper love. Scar: Feels that his past robs him of glory (it was said from some sources that he disgraced himself or was disgraced by his brother Mufasa) Hook: True he is a pirate, but the song implies that Hook was trying to voice out his aspirations and he may not have intentionally wanted to bring fear, but others took it the wrong way, and only believed the fear that was in their heart regarding Hook. Due to this mistreatment, Hook possibly sunk lower into anger and madness, until he met Peter Pan who 'replaced' his arm with a hook. Maleficent: Possibly experienced beautiful love once (we know later it was Stefan), until she was betrayed, thus 'every rose has its thorn'.

Yeah, the live action remake Scar looks more like a Black And White Copy of Mufasa. This Scar however looks faithful to the original version. Edit: Ok, to be fair, Disney Wanted to make the animals in the Live Action Lion King Remake to look more Realistic.
