In a way, it’s a good thing she didn’t win A.I. This way, she can do her own thing, musically & not be tied into a contract with America Idol. She can perform her own songs (or songs of her own choosing) & sign a contract with a record label of her choice. At least that’s how American Idol used to work back in the day...the winner was tied into a contract with A.I. & could only perform approved songs & was unable to sign with any other record label until their contract ended with A.I. She definitely has the talent AND the voice to do her own thing & I look forward to watching her succeed.

Wow! This brought tears to my eyes. I can relate so much to this. 15 years ago I met the love of my life. Love at first sight...he was the one I knew I'd never get over. We were together for a year and it didn't last. 12 years later he found me again on social media and all those feelings came back even stronger than before. I never stopped loving him and wanting him but it seems I'm never going to be enough for him. I had no idea this was the same young lady who sang for Adele tix, who sang in the car with her daddy & who also sang on stage with Keith Urban. Her voice was absolutely beautiful back then & my word, her voice now is even more beautiful!!! The control she has with each range is impressive at her age. I look forward to hearing her voice mature as she gets older. I love music, in general & having a beautiful singing voice is one thing I wish I had been blessed with.
