I have spent 80+% of my life in southeast Houston. I worked dwtn Houston on mountain bike delivering UPS at the crack of dawn , around the time this came out. The house they stay at is a mile or two just west of the skyscrapers. This movie and soundtrack , will always be a special part of my life. I saw it around 23. The movie starts out, on top of a building, near where I worked out of. I prefer downtown Houston, to the I other parts of this vast city. Pump Up The Volume, Singles and Reality Bites. Three great movies and soundtracks

Anybody that was 20 something in the 90s had their Reality Bites moment(s): mine ironically happened in SEA, at Lindas Tavern on Pine, with my GF at the time a dead ringer for Winona, and myself a good looking EH gunge wannabe. You say you want diamonds on a ring of gold You say you want your story to remain untold But all the promises we made From the cradle to the grave When all I want is you You say you'll give me a highway with no one on it A treasure just to look upon it All the riches in the night You say you'll give me eyes in a world of blindness A river in a time of dryness A harbour in the tempest But all the promises we make From the cradle to the grave When all I want is you You say you want your love to work out right To last with me through the night You say you want diamonds on a ring of gold Your story to remain untold Your love not to grow cold All the promises we break From the cradle to the grave When all I want is you You All I want is...
