I’m glad his partner blew the lid off his actual training time. 4-5 hrs a day is the reality. Why do some of these pro CrossFit athletes still try and insist they’re doing 1 hr a day? I hope no one believes this.

Hans Solo Yeah man they have hours of training each day and that just the strength and conditioning. They have other hours spent into recovery methods, mobility drills and eating.
