Great informative video and love the project! I am also working on a project car and about to buy this welder for it, but cannot find this info anywhere unfortunately. we have UK-type wall outlets that are 240V here. what plug does this machine have and how can i plug it into my wall outlet? thanks

How come no one ever mentions the thread size for the gas hoses?

Quite an intriguing welder. For it's price, I'd love to see how it's tig performance is

I dunno if its a stupid question but is it possible to build a bike from gasless methods like stick welding or gasless flux core? is that how you built that bike frame? I am still learning stick welding and was planning to buy a stick welder machine but Now it seems this kind of a machine would be better for me.

Yes, I build all of my machines with FCAW (gasless). The only difference between MIG and FCAW is how the shielding is performed and how much spatter is produced. MIG is more ideal indoors because it produces a lot less fumes, and FCAW is great for outdoors because there's no risk of wind blowing the gas away from the weld and making work miserable. But it's dirtier and produces spatter, so welds need to be cleaned with a wire brush after. It's not difficult, just an extra step that adds time. Both methods are more than adequate for structural work like building tube chassis. That said, stick welding is a bit too aggressive for welding thin tubing. That's better suited for industrial applications. A machine like this is a great start for a beginner. It doesn't necessarily need to be a multi-process welder. Even just a basic flux core welder would work fine for most applications.
