All In One Glass Frag Tanks

All the tanks in my opinion should be called “Fragboxes”. You guys should be known around the hobby for these tanks, they are truly something. Therefore naming them all “fragboxes” and then an addition like “Fragbox Pico” “Fragbox Mid” “Fragbox lagoon”, could not only give brand recognition but also leave room for expansion into different sized almost nicher tanks. But that’s just me! The Fragbox Tide maybe?

Bit of a long name for the tank but i think it rolls off the tongue nicely; My tidal garden all in one (Aio). Definitely a great idea for those who want to have a frag tank with limited space, also pricing for these beautiful pieces of art is extremely good in my opinion. The biggest set back in this hobby i think for most is the initial setup cost, because of this many people cant aford to get into the hobby. But with a bussiness like fragbox whos making an effort to get more affordable tanks onto the market it warms my heart. No one want to see the hobby die away, reefing Definitely has been a challenge but personally it has done alpt to bring peace to myself and my household. Thank you for being a hobbyists in the business. Come at you all the way west on Vancouver Island 😊

I agree with the other posters who said call all the tanks fragbox; my suggestion is to append the name with it's own specific model. For the tank you unboxed in the video, it could be "Fragbox - Tide" or I like "Fragbox - Low Tide" because of how short it is. Glad to hear you'll ship these anywhere. Great videos!

The tide pool. Super shallow, and can often find anemones off the southern coast in California in the tide pools.

I like the name “box” or “the box” for the small 6gal tank. I would use this tank as a awesome species specific nudibranch tank.

All tank ranges should follow the same name, which you already have the perfect branding for - Fragbox. The name is short, cathy and already has a foothold in the hobby! If you give the tank range a different name, you're then starting from 0 whereas saying you're buying a Fragbox Lagoon has a catch to it. For the smaller one Fragbox Tide does have a ring to it, if not even just going by Fragbox serving as the smallest scale would sound good. The only issue with having it named like pico, standard etc is that you're limiting yourself to if you want to redesign a pico tank etc so that's where having random names, like tide would be ideal, or similar to waterbox set up where they have a number system so if this is 6 inches could be the Waterbox 6.0

March, you should look into creating overflow covers with skimmer teeth to raise the water level in your small nano tank displays, especially with the 6 gal tank, people are going to want every drop of water and shallow tanks look real nice with the high water level. I found after market ones for my IM lagoon 25 gal but they are bulky and okay but compared to something simple like 3D clip on option, could be game changer.

Fragbox Shoal 6.0 !!!!!!! Definitely love tide!! Sounds original only thing close is tideline tanks which is a brand name so not the same. Would look great the all new Fragbox Tide 6.0 or 6. Another one you could use could be Fragbox coast 6.0 or Fragbox Shoal 6.0. I like it because it’s a synonym for shallow. Fragbox shoal 6.0 is my favorite. Definitely want to purchase one of these guys they look awesome!!

What are the dimensions? 6 " seems rather shallow. I have a 20 X 20 X 8 " acrylic frag tank and that is almost too shallow.

If you ever make an acrylic fragbox tank, it will be for portablity to go to swap meets, maybe even make it with sealable will be " fragbox light..."..agree with Fragbox .. something name.

You want to pick a name that will allow for expansion of the line should you decide to offer different sizes in the lagoon style. You also don't want to have a name that could potentially limit a buyer's imagination on how the tank can be used, nor do you want too many different names as you are going to want to build brand recognition. I like that you chose to call your tanks The Studio (as it would open up the possibility for resale to other lfs/keep the 2 enterprises separate). However, I would not start a completely separate name/line and would put Studio in the name. For example: Studio Splash Studio Tide Studio Shallows If Reef Casa is your line, call it "The Cabana". Just my 2 cents and best of luck - can't wait to see you do a 30-40 gal peninsula (hint, hint😉).
