If I get a seat in all india round 2 and if I join in the allotted institute with fees payment and if I also get allotted a seat in state counseling round 2 and want to resign from all india round 2 then will the tuition fees also forfeit alongwith security deposit or the tuition fees will be refunded and the security deposit will only be forfeited?

@ no we have to decide by round 3 AIQ, to take or leave If we are allotted in round 3 aiq automatically we will be in eligible for state round 3 We will have to decide by round 2

@ I mean if u got a seat in AIQ round 2 and you decided that you dont want it , u can free exit and take up state round 2. But if u have given option in AIQ round 3 and if ur allotted, then automatically u will be cancelled from both AIQ and state, and you will have to take that seat

If you resign that seat within deadline( before round 3) and do not get alloted in round 3,i think you can participate in stray thats what i understand as he has told except those who have been allotted in round 3 can participate in stray. I also didnt know this before so still confused. Once brochure will come it will become clear
