Yea, the animation is the same but you have: full mag and cocked weapon, empty mag and cocked weapon, and completely empty. So even though the animation is the same you have something different each time. Its too bad you can't somehow interrupt the cocking bcz then I would"ve put a 4th state: full mag but empty chamber. The animation would've probably be the same but still, its the small details
