Become aware that You are not your thoughts, or mind, just awareness experiencing oneself. Grab a thought, and you collapse that reality into form. You can also meditate for hours and hours until you transcend the body, also know the subconscious mind. Do this at least in the beginning until you can find the present moment with your eyes open. Use Ho’Oponopono to delete that in the outside world which you do not want to experience. The fact that you asked the question, means you’re waking up from the illusion of Maya. Blessings!

Just see everything as imagination, the unseen is the same as the seen, the revealed the same as the one doing the revealing, the king and the prince, father and son, it's all the same thing, after that realization you don't even need to worry about ego or anything even those things you're defining it, everything is your play, all is yours, just be that's it and make wise decisions.

It's easy to explain but difficult to do. It requires rewiring your brain, like learning a new language or how to play the piano. Here's my take: we have around 10.000 thoughts a day, less than 5% is functional, the rest is mainly negative and repetitive (ego). The ego is always either in the past or in the future. Never in the present. So stay present (be in the now) for as long as you can and as often as you can, all day long, each and every day. It is hard, especially in the beginning because we're addicted to thinking. But gradually you'll notice more peace of mind, which really is soothing. Killing the ego results in a massive drop in the number of thoughts. 6:11 Persevere and reap the benefits! Essentially you are invulnerable consciousness, sheer perfection. Only consciousness did not and will not change during your entire life. Everything else did and will. But we erroneously identify with the seemingly separate person (Nini) and hence we suffer, in order to learn, in order to awaken.

I see free will as choosing again and again between yes or no. This earthly plane is the school which helps us to find back to who/what we truly are. In listening to your own intuition, you will find your personal purpose/s and like that you have your personal guiding system to help you living according to your blue print to bring what you can bring to help create the beautiful puzzle, which already exists. You can feel it, if something is right or wrong for YOU. If you are bold enough to follow the right feeling, you are able to come into your own flow. That's your inner peace, your personal heaven. I can believe we have a connection to the infinite intelligence have some sort of influence but please stop using Quantum physics. I am an Aerospace and Defense Engineer and although I don’t study Quantum Mechanics in detail I understand it. If you happened to study Quantum Mechanics and get a masters nowhere and I mean nowhere in it will you learn than your observation changes things in the material world and some magical wave collapses ( not that anyone know what that mean) to create your physical wish. The observer wasn’t even human it is devices. What was measured was light and the theory is if we put more mechanisms to measure the light more accurately you would alter the light path with the interference thus changing the results, has nothing to do with mind and wishing things into existence. I think modern metaphysical people just hold on to this concept to erroneously validate their theory. Neville didn’t need to use Quantum stories and neither should anyone else, no disrespect but it’s 100% bs.
