Billy can be very annoying more than Vuvuzula. Because when it's summoned, it eats player in 1 second. To avoid Billy, you must go far away when you summoned it.

1. Make a VIP server 2. You have access to a VIP server menu 3. Go to the tab that allows you to spawn in items. Scroll down to the items in white, those are spawn items.
