Jojo VAs featured in this vid then VS now (and what do i think bout their voices) -Josuke (Hatano Wataru / Bit too old for Josuke, but gives off definite good guy vibes, which is who Josuke is, his DORAs are perfectly Crazy) (Ono Yuki / Young enough for Josuke, perfect Josuke voice, DORAs are Great for the anime, bit mid in the games, but not bad) -Okuyasu (Takagi Wataru / He's the perfect Okuyasu. Enough said.) -Bucciarati (Sugiyama Noriaki / Voice is a bit too sharp and edgy, but STICKY FINGERS and his ARI's are perfectly fierce) (Nakamura Yuichi / Great on many levels, voice is calm, collected, but authoritative, since he's Team Bucciarati's leader. Voice is a bit mid in the games, but not bad) -Narancia (Sanpei Yuuko / Youthful and energetic like Narancia, but maybe a bit too young) (Yamashita Daiki / Fits the 17 year old identity better, plus better VOLAs and his Volarie Via is BADASS) -Misa (Akabane Kenji and Toriume Kosuke, I would say they are equally good as Mista, but props to Toriume for voicing the Pistols himself and the body switch story with Trish. I would say Toriume has more versatility as Mista.) -Fugo (Same goes for Oda Hisafumi and Enoki Junya, Oda's description of Purple Haze is great, and props to Enoki for giving a better PURPLE HAZE and UBASHAAAAAA) -Leone Abbacchio (Yeah, Suwabe Junichi is the best voice for Abbacchio, sorry Taiten) -Jolyne (Miyuki Sawashiro / Idm if she is anime Jolyne. She's brilliant. STONE FREE, her ORAs, and her sass... She would be the PERFECT Jolyne.) (Fairouz Ai / Perfect for the anime, captured the gentle and vulnerable side of Jolyne well, has her own version of Badass and Sass. Her ORAs was not as fierce as Miyuki, but it was great for the anime. Mid in the games, but not bad.) -Ermes (Yonemoto Chizu and Tamura Mutsumi are evenly matched, but Tamura has more emotion and fierceness.) -Pucci (Hayami Sho / Fierce and passionate, like a friend or follower of DIO. Perfect for the games.) (Seki Tomozaku / Perfect for the anime, captured the aura of Father Pucci well, but maybe cause in the anime he talks more or cause of the voice director, mid in the games.)

I did a bit of research, and it seems to be called "The Crown of Ariadne" or 「アリアドネの冠」in Japanese. Unfortunately, it's a pretty obscure manga, so I don't think there's any English translations for it. It looks like there's three volumes of it.

okuyasu is the only character who has the same voice actor for these and the anime, and also every other appearance he has in the games and such as well. everyone else who appears in these commercials generally had the same voice actor in most of the games that came out before the anime besides golden wind for ps2 which had a totally different cast.
