Hi Thank you for your videos, they are awesome and helpful. I have an issue with my Ecosys M3655idn. The Cover (ADF) is closed but it keeps displaying "The cover is open. Close the document processor cover" ) immidiately i feed the scanner with paper. If i retrieve the paper, everything becomes normal. But the moment the paper touches that roller in there, it displays this error message. I've done the hard reset of U002, but it keeps displaying this same thing. Can you please help?
