Dear Sir, I have a CD 5030 DC 6030 MFP copier that I was trying to transport to a new location but during the offloading it was not well handled such that the keyboard was pulled out and the power connector on the keyboard was broken. I didn’t know it until I attempted to start it up and saw F0000 error. I then called a technician who claimed it was a board problem. The mainboard was replaced but the problem persisted. The technician went ahead to change the printer board yet the error did not go away. Then the power board was removed and replaced. in fact, he turned my copier upside down and finally he called his technician friend who asked him to check the keyboard and that was when we got to know what was wrong with copier. He then took the keyboard from my other copier FS-6030mfp but it did not match as some of the functions are not working. However, the copier is no longer showing the F000 error. It is booting normally but with error without any error code but only the amber light and the start button inactive. I installed it to my computer and tried to print with but data light is blinking endlessly. Please what do I do to clear this error to enable start using the copier? Please help.

Taskalfa 3550ci. Sometimes A3 size jobs get stuck in the queue. When I cancel the job, the printer hangs or at least gets stuck trying to purge the job. I have to do a power cycle every time to clear it.
