Very nice to see this thanks. After that 2019 astonishing performance I assumed Suzuki would go on to dominate the sport and give the PDC boys a hard time too...sadly it hasn't been the case. Respect to Trina for those 10 (TEN!) titles, and commiserations to Deta Hedman who joins the list of very talented sportspeople to win everything except the big one, like Sterling Moss and Jimmy White.

Yeah Lisa has that skill but unfortunately the BDO has died off in recent years and there's no real women's championship anymore which is really sad cause there are so many good female darts players to take the stage. so until that becomes a thing again we shall always have Trina "The Golden Girl" Gulliver as the most dominant female darts player ever.

It's such a shame. Trina Gulliver has been dominated for that many years and not been competing that often in the Men's competitions and totally get ripped off in prize earnings. Now Fallon Sherrock making history, beating high ranked darts players. After all that and collapse of BDO, PDC definetely need to make Women's World Championship, since most of them competing in the PDC tournaments. P.S Start watching darts in the 2008, when Anastasiya Dobromyslova took the title. Remember being shocked and proud at the same time. Didn't know that in Russia, we have a very good Darts Players.

Darts as a whole has made such a rise in standard. back in the early 2000's u were a hero if u went on with an average of 80. these days the only 1 who can manage to get far in a tournament with a solid between 80 and 90 average is James Wade. the rest of em go on with averages between 100 and 110 with rare exceptions of between 110 and 120.

She averaged higher than the best men some weekends. 100 averages on occasions. If she had the competition she would have thrived, but the competition came after she had lost her mom and her hunger had died.

Trina was a great great player who could've handled the men in her time. Better than Sherrock. Fallon is a good player but she has got what she has because of the fact she is a young and (to some, not me really) attractive woman. Trina deserved to have a really lucrative career out of the game.

Trina Gulliver was dominant among a very, very weak pool of players.

Trina basically had 3-6 darts extra in the women's game. Look at examples at when men have played poorly because of their opponents. Martin Adams v that Australian guy who was pissed. MVG v Hankey when he had his mini-stroke on stage. There are plenty of examples. No, Trina would not have won a title. But she was good enough to compete in the lower rounds of the men's. Tell me when Fallon Sherrock has averaged brilliantly against the women? Yet she averaged over 100 against Peter Wright for over 25 legs!
