All Legendary Skins Ranked WORST to BEST (2023)

This is an update to my Legendary Skins video! Let me know if you disagree or not with it! - It's really interesting to see how there is a dramatic difference in quality from all Ultra Rares up to N7, as the majority of them have nothing special that sets them apart from a very rare besides more effort in their visual design, I guess? Especially the first 3 are not worthy of Ultra Rare at all! - Just as a quick note, in reality it costs 300 dollars as both Dredge skins are part of the Rift, Naughty Bear is on sale an apparently his base price is 20, and Eren Titan costs significantly more since it's locked behind a gacha, but I thought putting each of them at 5 is fair since I cannot calculate the real price of this video! - And now that I finished the video and everything, I feel like I underrated The Artist's Jabberwock skin. It could easily be a top 5, and if I could, I would change her to that spot now that I think about it. - For my next legendary skins ranking video, I will most likely ask the community for your opinion!

The God Of Desire Skin for The Trickster was the first to have a custom Mori. Naughty Bear is the second. But for granted Naughty's is far more unique.

I think Naughty Bear is definitely number one. I enjoy Sadako's skins. Her hit weapon is different with each one. But I understand your criteria and by it your rankings are valid.

It's a fun name for a fun skin, but it should have been Very Rare! I also don't like that it's reusing the sound effects of an already existing skin. I get that they are both toys, but for an Ultra Rare, I expected new basic attack sounds and new movement sounds. Horse Dredge for that logic could easily be a legendary skin!

What I love about the naughty bear skin is that the attack animation when you hit a surv looks so brutal, it reminded me of Last Year attack animations that actually look like they are hitting with all their strength possible to kill, unlike most killers in dbd that look like they aren't even trying to hit the surv

What I expected from that skin is for them to change the sounds of the cult crying during nightfall to something else. Like children crying, or a creepy lullaby theme!

Current Legion chase music is pretty intricate so I'm not super sure how they'd go about it the "Mixtape" add-ons actually add layers to it, as an example Fuming adds screaming while Frank's adds more drums

Actually the Enchanted Plate Knight skin does have unique sounds. The noises he makes while swinging and after hitting someone are different, like he's missing his lower jaw.

I think it would be sick if they had a bloodborne crossover, where they make her Mergo’s wet nurse. I mean, it writes itself. They are both nurses. They both have flowing robes. They both teleport around. They both have faces obscured by a veil. They both have sickle like weapons. I mean, if they ever do a crossover with fromsoft, this would be it.

The Knights Enchanted Plates actually change his voice, it sounds slightly less metalic than original and sounds like a fleshy old man grunting, "bare bones" as they would say.

a potentially random fact i dont know if anyone else has covered: the original alien design had that skull there too, it was just so dimly lit and the shell so opaque its hard to make out in movie (aside one or two specific moments) and, according to some official Alien(s) media, that skull is one of the things that also changes to match the species which was used as a host. AvP once showed one whos progenetor was a fallen yaujta warrior and had the distinctive mandible/strange jaw shape to match that.

It says a lot that most of the top 5 skins are fairly recent. BHVR is doing an excellent job with Legendary skins from both sides. Remember when Lisa Garland reused Heather's voice? Or when Jonathan still had Steve's voice?

I love the xeno queen skin but my one complaint is the mouth. In the films she has this super intricate jaw that moves separately from the crest, as well as really cool teeth and a more detailed inner mouth whereas with the queen skin in game she just has quite generic sharp monster teeth, basically the same inner mouth as base xeno and a static face that looks nothing like the films. They nailed the rest of the look but its quite clear the face was rushed

I think the skin is cool too, the problem is that it is not an Ultra Rare by any means. There are Skull Merchant skins that change the basic attack animation and they cost less than this. Would you price it at 15 bucks, when Dredge has skins that cost less that change everything?

@@helloimfloer I agree that it shouldn’t really be Ultra Rare given that it has no extra features, it doesn’t match what Ultra Rares usually bring. But just personally it’s worth more to than the others because I so like it’s design. Like Maurice comes with audio, but that’s kind of why I never bought it. The horse sounds gross me out. lol. But that’s just a me thing. I tend to focus on the visuals. Up until Toy Dredge, I’ve still been rocking Snowball Dredge all year. lol. I just like the fun, zany skins the most. :)

Oh that'd be great! I thought they should've made Birkin oni (cause of the big ol pipe, the fact that he has tiers, I also thought myers would've worked, like he was resisting infection at first till his eyeballs explodes open and he attacked. They couldn't do that thought I don't think. Legally.... But oni would be PERFECT for Mr. X since he would walk normally then just LUNGE and uppercut (small hitbox like onis club) BUT the transformation would be interesting would he lose his coat? Would he get it back? I'd love to have his transformation be him getting hit by a rocket from offscreen (damn it ada) when the cloud vanishes you hear his scream then....HE'S OFF!)

If BHVR continues to do anime crossovers, Overlord is one that I think has great potential for killers, while its not as popular as AoT, Ainz fits amazingly with Oni, Shaltear could go to either Hag or Spirit, Pandora could fit well with Legion or even Ghostface, and since BHVR wouldnt be using the mask of ghostface for it (pretty sure its the only part that requires the license) it would work great

In terms of HUNK, people seem to forget that when legion got an addon pass a while back, the mixtape addons gained a unique attribute where the chase music would be changed based on the mixtapes being used in the trial. This essentially made giving HUNK their own terror radius and chase music impossible without completely reworking the functionality of them. That, and BHVR makes their own chase themes from scratch, so we wouldn't have gotten that one theme from Resident Evil, but likely an original composition.

One sad thing thing about the Queen Xenomorph is that her teeth are all jagged, and not the perfect, glass-like teeth she has in the film. Interestingly, they mixed Blight's sounds with Xeno's for its blighted skin. Really cool.

I think the reason some skins are tiered as legendary is because they alter the model in a significant way as opposed to just sticking to what it normally looks like For example 2/3 of the Crypt Tv skins are legendary, Birch hag being the outlier because it doesn’t alter her model as much. But that’s just my theory as to why that is

With Naughty Bear, my dreams for a Mr X Skin for Oni grows. Unique X growls, Unique lobby animations (Either fixing his hat, or readjusting his jaw), unique weapon animation (Kinda like Nemesis's punch.), maybe unique power animations (When burned, he becomes the Super Tyrant from RE2R's Leon Campaign ending, and instead of a kanabo, he uses his claws), and a unique mori (I'm imagining Mr X's head smash in RE2R and the stomach impalement from RE2R for his enraged mode). Maybe if possible, make Mr X lose his shirt after his first enrage

@@thescarybird1 I do like the idea, But... Nemesis has a tentacle, not Mr X. He just punches. However, Oni? Both has loud footsteps. Both are just normal killers until a buildup (Enraged for Kazan, Exploded for X), both has an insta down move (Oni with Demon Strike, X with his claw charge), Both has a loud growl during their enraged modes? That's why Oni is the perfect candinate for a Mr X skin

The only thing i don't like about the queen xeno is that i wish the tail looked sharper, and it would be cool if it got a new mori of what they did to bishop but the game can barely handle clown taking a finger and still can't handle pigs traps so i doubt we'll get anything that intense for a while.

Enchanted Plates has a different voice filter because the mouth isn't covered from the helm, so he sounds less metalic, I also remember he had special grunts and maybe a laugh but could be confusing it with another skin idk

The dredge cosmetic even if I dont really like It aswell, the reason why It exists, Is that im pretty sure its supposed to be an alebrije, since It was presented with the day of the dead cosmetics for Renato and thalita, I respect It for mexican representation but It doesnt really look like one imo since an alebrije its supposed to be a mix of diferent animales and lots of colours, but he doesnt look like any animal Edit: sorry if bad grammar, im on my phone with spanish autocorrector

That could be a very cool concept for a skin! As far as I am aware, the collection from Renato and Thalita (dia de los muertos) are different from the collection of The Dredge!
