I believe the My Hero Academia: School Brief 3 has a full story with the same premise (All Might and Aizawa at a bar after speaking to the parents) but it's much more flushed out where other teachers like Thirteen, Ectoplasm, and Vlad King show up. And at the end it's All Might speaking with Present Mic instead of Aizawa who let's All Might know that they're all there because they wanted an opportunity to hang out with him and thank him for what he's done for them. Super sweet!
