Everyone has trauma. Some worse than others. Personally I believe a crying quirk could be overpowered by when the person using said quirk cried anyone in a certain radius (knowing my hero the radius could expand exponentially due to training) would be forced to relive their entire life of trauma. The quirk awakening could be like a gas lighting quirk giving people false traumatic memories so intense it paralyzes the person with fear and sadness

My theory for a crying quirk would be. Every time the person cries, they regenerate stamina and strength. It won’t change the physical visual, but it’s more internal. Weakness is that if it stops a vital organ like the heart or cut off their head, it won’t work. The person has to actually cry like when a person is emotionally hurt and over coming grief.

I knew All Might had to have some tribute to Bakugo in his pocket, though I was originally thinking he might have had a grenade that he would have tossed into the black goop to not only take out AFO, bit injure Shigi. But this certainly works just as well, though almost guarantees All Might's own death. But it does change All Might's fate, as the death would not come at the hands of a villain, but by his own hand in order to kill or stop AFO.

If All Might is confirmed dead in the next chapter, I think All Might will have one last moment with Katsuki Bakugou in the vestige world because Katsuki saw All Might's vestige when he "died". After that emotional final moment, All Might's death will lead to Bakugou coming back to life and helping Deku fight Tomura Shigaraki and/or AFO. And maybe it'll be confirmed whether AFO is Deku's biological father or not.

@AnimeUproar - Remember how the vestige of all might is still not complete? His end will make him enter one for all completely and there we will find out that he DID have a quirk. It just so happens that quirk enabled him to manage OfA like he did. "He just had a natural way of controlling it". Now that he is inside OfA, Deku will look like and have all the strength of All might along with the other quirks. This will allow him to do everything without a "timer".

RIP All Might, he went out with a literal bang, but he gave Deku a winning chance. Even if AFO survives he already lost. This would technically make All might's victory 3 to 0. You would think AFO would actually learn from his past loses against the same guy, but no he once again let his arrogance get the best of him and even underestimated his foe this time because he has no quirk. He lost his face, he got sent to jail and now his age had been rewinded even further to the point he is close to disappearing.

This is just going off what the tidbit I know about crying, reasons why, etc.. But crying crying releases endorphins. In a way, it can be used to help relief stress being caused by physical and emotional pain. Your tears are literally trying to help reduce the amount of stress hormones ravaging your system. And this might be the key that allows Deku to either fully tap into his quirks, or even dive much deeper than ever before.

The crying quirk is supposed to be a dual quirk, where crying 2x, 3x or even 5x the other quirk. Deku was supposed to have two quirks, but all thought he had none since the one he actually had, didnt have an ACTIVE quirk for this PASSIVE quirk to work. Now with OFA, the passive crying quirk can power up All OFA quirks.

I'm pretty sure very little, if any, time has passed between that time we saw Deku all those chapters ago, and in this chapter where we see Deku again. It's framed in way where all these conflicts are taking place simultaneously, kind of like how in Return of the Jedi, Luke's conflict with the Emperor is occurring while his friends are taking down the shield generator on Endor, and the bulk of the Rebels are taking on the Imperial Fleet in order to destroy the Death Star. Remember, this whole warzone is taking place on multiple fronts, and the beginning of this chapter just proves it. I know it's annoying that we've spent as lot of time away from Deku's struggle with Shigaraki, but Horikoshi wanted to spend time on the other conflicts occurring at the same time to conclude the arcs of the other students and villains. And All Might's conflict with AFO directly ties into Deku's fight with Shigaraki.

My thinking thoughts on Deku vs Shigaraki event will probably last with 9 or 10 chapters left (403-412) which ends on December and aftermath is January and if Bakugo returns after All Might’s sacrifice himself then Deku and Bakugo will take down Shigaraki together as Bakugo will be distracting and Deku will be the victor and after they win then the cops will make final announcement it by showing Deku and Bakugo’s victory as their both laying down unconscious as declaring Shigaraki has finally been defeated just like we just saw Shoto and Ochaco’s victory as both are unconscious as they finally defeated Dabi and Toga

Even if think that he is I'm not sure if he is. Options to save him are still their. That situation is a classic Spiderman dilemma. And the results of it is saving everyone. So someone like Shirakumo or Monoma could save him with portals by cutting his arm. Or like in Afo flashback Gran Torino will save him with the help of Lady Nagant maybe. But what I think could happen is that Deku will have is awakening and master completely OFA to save Toshinori. I think Deku saving Toshinori will be a good way to show that Deku finally surpass All Might. Because if All Might dies here it will mean that they didn't progress at all just repeat the mistake from the past. And when you have read Vigilante you will remember that All Might was able to jump through all Tokyo in a second, reshape an entire park, pose for a photo with random guys, beat dozen of villain, grab the falling Tokyo Egg skytree to gently land it on the reshaped park and save a hero in less than 3 seconds. And He was not at is Prime! So yeah technically if Deku awaken the true power of OFA, then he will be able to save Toshinori and go back to Shigaraki to protect the others. Even if it means saving Afo in the process.

One way for All Might to have a honorable death is for him to hug All for One to dear life while order Deku and others use their Quirks as an all out attack. The deluge kills both All for One and All Might. All for One tries to leave, but a repeat of the all attack of Quriks destroys him.

I wouldn’t be shocked if All Might full vestiage appears inside OFA with the others users and Izuku gets stronger as a result he could overwhelm Tomura. But yeah man it’s sad to see All Might he was one of the characters we were introduced too and help and mentor Izuku to be the hero we saw today. The 5th weilder warned Deku about his quirk responding to his anger and to keep tabs on his heart. We saw that manifest after AFO stabbed Bakugo. This "level up" is going to be fueled up by loosing All Might and wanting to save Shigaraki from AFO. Now whether that manifests through his anger or his tears, I think thats what'll happen in some fashion. But the Bakugo blast is incoming regardless 💥

Dekku will hear almights voice saying, don’t cry I will always be with you, you now have full access to my power and it will no longer break your body. i personally think al might might survive but will be immobile for the rest of his life. a bit like Might Guy from naruto i think all might be wheelchair bound but still able to see his pupil rise to become the true hero the series opining portray him ( as i belief the whole series is technically just a big recap of how deku became the greatest hero ) and this way stains sacrifice wouldn't be in vain and he told all might to life

Happy to see so many comments enjoying the series. I am at hate reading point, as ever since they shift to the war arch’s I have been getting less and less interested in the series. I went from loving it to just hating how rushed it all feels. It felt very Naruto time skip to me. Went from focus of a big cast to just barely anyone matters lots of action and very hard to follow action as that (art feels very messy). Hoping when I watch it in anime it gets me back.
