@@jrob214 the remote won't turn on the box, it will perform all other functions. Call tech support they sent an update still not working right. I called the guy that I bought it from and he said just leave the Box on all the time. I'm not going to do that.

@@jrob214 what they don't tell you is the 24/7 channels and the VOD channels are closed caption on most of the shows and you can't turn it off. Also some of the shows don't have all of the seasons. Monk, Psych only have one or two seasons. Several other shows like King of the Hill, Reaper, King of Queens, Resident Alien aren't even on there.

@@jrob214 the 7-Day playback channels don't include everything. It does include college football and pro football and NBA but it doesn't include college basketball. Mostly news channels. There are 38 7 day playback channels.

Not happy. Be sure you want this box. Customer service is a joke, tech support, forget about it. I'm trying to return the superbox S3 Pro because my sound bar isn't working, but Nvidia Shield & cable box works fine. So customer service doesn't want to return my 3 emails. Also good luck trying to install Netflix. I can't install discovery plus,it says not supported.

I found that is the sound at is not working it because the Superbox remote has taken over sound. Also make sure on the Superbox remote you did mute all sound.

You mention the Tanggula and I have the X5 and it was great until all the SERIES disappeared! They are telling their server is down and to be patient. The SERIES contained an immense number of old series like “Frineds,” etc., so while they say they will take it back, would you be able to tell me if the SuperBox has the ability to get series like this also? . Been enjoying ours since it first came out... It does have its faults at times, but taking into account I no longer have that $220 a month Xfinity payment, I can over look those minor annoyances. We mainly use ours for movies, it is rare we cannot find what we are looking for, and have Roku devices for general TV viewing, mainly older TV shows and news, that do not insult our intelligence with all of that woke crap. Would I purchase again? The answer is simple, YES.

I have the S2 pro other than maybe like you said the controller and now capable of streaming a higher resolution this new S3 pro still uses the same video on demand that's free so I'm not gaining really much more available free movies to stream than other than an updated streaming resolution and controller?

❌ I am a fan of SuperBox for many year since S2 , S3 to Elite. Now those S2 , S3 having problems big time. These superbox can't watch ADULT movie anymore...!!! What a crap box.....!!! I switched to Ubox , cheaper and work better , much better.

I've still got cable. It's dramatically overpriced for just one box. They recently took all away the music choice channels and raised the bill. There's tones of channels that don't work. You have to unplug the box every 2 weeks to stop it from working slow and bad. Just awful in every way. Does the S3 play flac or wav from a usb flash drive? Provably not, and certainly not 192K/24Bit flac. I have been wanting a Component style Digital Audio Player but they are all FAR TOO EXPENSIVE.
