Thanks great video,those tyres should just be called wheels cause they look so small and terrible, Toyota just keep on scheming to save money.wonder if the driver sunshade has a mirror on it or you have to cut one out and stick it on,it's like they still building these bakkies for farmers only.South Africans should wake up and start buying other brands and hopefully they will stop giving us a bakkie with 4 wheels and a steering only

BTW - The tire & rim size (265-65R17 front & rear) are 17" & not 18" like you mentioned. I know, because I placed an order for a 2023 Hilux GR-S a month ago and cannot wait to take delivery in South Africa. I never considered any other brand, because none of them are as reliable as the Hilux and resale value is best with the Hilux. The Ford Ranger, like all Ford products are crap and I will never waste my money buying Chinese junk.

It is too expensive to buy it since 2023 Ford Ranger Raptor is better than this 2023 Gr Sport Toyota. We are get used Toyota facelift in any moment of year. It has the same interior of all of those old toyotas cluster equipped with no modern touchscreens. It can not be compared to 2023 Ford Ranger Raptor, neither with a Chinese 2023 Shannay Cannon, nor with a Jack T9. I do not referred to Amarock pickups because of these kind of pickups seems to be a car instead of real pickups. Thank you. Dr. Luis Amador

Dude, do you understand what you are saying? Claiming that Raptor and 'Chinese' Shannay are better. It doesn't appear you've owned a Hilux before. The Hilux model is updated every 5 years and is due for a change in 2025. The initial comfort of the Raptor is better but is outmatched by the Hilux for performance, durability, and value. You pay more for what is worth more. Lol....still can't believe you mentioned Shannay.

@@uThuthukani stress kanjan when you have that kinda money? I don't think they buy these cars so that they can drive them for well over 10 years. Most of these are traded in for newer ones after their warranty and service plans lapse. At least that's what I'm seeing from family and friends🤷🏿‍♂️

Even if you have all the money in the world I don’t think you’d enjoy throwing it around over minor things. Why not just buy something reliable and change it when you want to rather than when the car has issues??

@@uThuthukani people are buying Land rovers and BMWs even though there's a huge concern of them being unreliable. At home we're Ford lovers, we bought our first ranger back in 2008 for work purposes and it's still working with partial service history. The new rangers have good quality interiors as compared to Hiluxs, at least that's what we can judge for now. In argument with the 'reliability' part.

@@kgomotsomsiza3364 at home we’ve had 2 bad experiences with 2 different Rangers. A BMW 3 series we’ve once owned didn’t give us any problems. This new range rover evoque, bought in 2019 has been terrible. Hence why dad is considering changing brands
