Wish those ISO-Dynamic seats were just optional. Not everyone needs those; should be an option for those who want them. The seats make the rear seats unusable and it increases the cost overall.

Trucks are getting crazy with pricing. This thing drives so much better than the 2019 Pro that I had, though. Is it worth 20k more? No. But I do love the thing

Let me be clear- I can afford to buy vehicles in this price range, but these are not worth 2/3 of the asking prices. They will depreciate as fast or possibly faster than domestic vehicles. Don't recommend the new toyotas

My family has had two Tacomas which were built in Mexico... No problems with either one!! This is a gorgeous truck albeit expensive and I love\hate the seats all at the same time! Love how comfortable they were when I sat in one but disliked the look of the rear part and the lack of space their presence causes! If it cost mid $50's...I would own one in a New York minute!!! I can't justify that much money at this point!

I just bought the 2024 Tacoma 5 months ago just added 20 inch wheels on 35 inch nittos tires is so crazy

For less than dealers are asking for this truck, you can get a 2024 Limited TRD OR Tundra and have the same tech, more room storage.

Agree. It's a crappy low quality truck made with cheap labor, and presented to us here in the states with a highly inflated price. Gimmick seats they are, but the lack of leg room is ridiculous! Hard Pass

Weak motor vibrates like it’s going to fail. Transmission hunts for gears like a blind man. Removed the cool in cab spots to hold stuff. I’m driving a rental 24 Tacoma, my 2015 is in the shop. Wondered why this new truck feels so much weaker. Front suspension, they removed the bump stops…. Looks like Toyota is not an option for the next couple years. Transmissions failing with less than 1000 miles, getting stuck in 6 gear…. Fun with a capital FU. And they are charging more for this crap

I rented a 24 off-road and was surprised how much it DIDN'T gear hunt, even on some decent hills it held gear better than my '19 Tundra. I'm not a fan of this truck but thats the truth. The transmission was great with the exception of some odd shifts when cold. The engine sounded "cheap" due to 4 cyl ( personal observation, some would argue otherwise). The truck looked good. Nice ride. Obviously reliability is up for debate for now.

@@jonesjones7057 i carry 600 to 1,100 lbs of parts and tools every day, 24 rental Tacoma, hunts for gears below 40 mph. When I step on the gas it down shifts like it accidentally tried to use third gear, then changed its mind. I got to drive it for 80 miles unloaded, seemed fuel efficient on the freeway unloaded. Since I don’t drive on the freeway, it’s not fuel efficient. It has a small gas tank, and my 2015 Tacoma has more power, torque, drives at lower rpms, and I feel like it’s just as fuel efficient in the city

Price is relative to what one is willing to pay what I can afford maybe you can’t vice versa without question that is a beautiful truck. It would’ve been more beautiful with a V6 twin turbo with 600 hp.

My 23 Tundra Limited has a fully retractable complete rear windshield, whereas the Tacoma TRD PRO has that little porthole, REALLY ?, Why? These Tacoma TRD PROs go for north of $70K with tax, thats obscene

TRD Pro looks alright but the rear seat room pretty much kills the reason people get a 4 door truck. Really too bad that even though the exterior size continues to get larger the usable space isn't any better. I thought the beds are made from composite material so why would there be any need to add a spray liner? Oh well.... at 70K that is way beyond what I would pay for a unproven 4 banger truck of any brand. Toyota was a leader in reliable, affordable small trucks. They are not affordable, they are not small and seeing what is going on with the Tundra, not very reliable either.

I have a 2019 with a v6. I love it. Maybe buy used and save some money. 2020 has powered seats and Apple CarPlay.

It's NOT worth the money. How can you pay that much money 💰 and you can't have anyone in the REAR SEAT? They need to rethink and correct that.

There are 11 Tacoma trims to choose from. This one is purpose built for a very specific buyer. Have a family, transport a lot of passengers, need a functional rear seat? Buy an Off-Road, save $15k - and put that towards your 35s, lift kit, and box of Kleenex. Seems to me Toyota thought about this a lot, and provided a ton of trim and configuration options for the Tacoma buyer...

It’s better to buy a tree car with a salvage title and drive it for 40 years without problems than to buy a clean title three times more expensive and drive it for 15 years. .

It’s cool but I don’t want a hybrid 4 cylinder that’s gay as hell idc about the power anytime you add forced induction it’s more shit that can break and go wrong. Toyota is gonna ruin their reputation fixing things that are not broke I’ve always been a Toyota fan but they stopped the FJ cruiser now they’re taking away the bigger engines so I prob won’t be buying anymore I currently own a 2020 Tacoma TRD off road. My next truck will be a GMC at4 with a. Duramax
