#3 on your list… oh yeah. Used to be the elder visitors wandering around driving 20 miles under the speed limit… now it’s the drivers 20-50 yrs old that operate as if they’re in a police pursuit, changing lanes & weaving without warning, exceeding the speed limit by 20-30mph.

You can not have a homestead if it is not your primary residence. Mine was removed when I changed my primary residence and started renting out my house. Also the alligators are seen everywhere in Sarasota county.

@chrisstesney111 correct, Homestead goes on your primary home. That destination goes on the home you live in for a minimum of 6 months and a day.

My friend lives in your area, he said contractors are a nightmare to deal with. Even if they do the job, he says they never clean up properly. Also, good luck even to get an initial call back, or even an estimate.
