Im not sure if these are new (since its been a while since I played Elver) but I've seen two other cool things today on Elver - When in town at night, cultists with red eyes and knives spawn. They can withstand about 2-3 head shots, can hear suppressed guns and walk quite slowly towards you. they dont look or sound like zombies, quite creepy but also pretty cool. - Some vanilla items have custom effects, eg, when equipping purification tablets, your character flips them in the air before using them. I really like how you can get free Elver releated items everyday just for playing too
