Paleontology student and LEGO enthusiast here !! 17:09 While it is true that the majority of dinosaur material is fragmentary (a tooth here, a few scattered bones over there, etc), very rarely we DO find full dinosaurs! My favorite specimen is a truly one-of-a-kind discovery of a fully articulated Velociraptor locked in battle with a Protoceratops. It's called the fighting dinosaurs specimen and I highly recommend you look it up because it's such a fascinating fossil :)

My favorite is the modular. Since I'm not into cars, or most vehicles in general, this batch of sets has a lot of stuff I can ignore and my wallet is happy about that. 😅 As for the animals you couldn't identify: The brick-built pink one is an axolotl and the brown figure one is a capybara.

Merry Christmas & Merry Brickmas. One I'm interested in is DaVinci's Flying Machine but not 100% sure if I'll get it day 1. The Superman one is another one that interests me. I do agree the Tumbler one isn't as interesting this time around as I think Two Face should've come with the 2,000 piece Tumbler and stayed exclusive to that set because that has the better looking Joker minifig in my opinion. The Marvel logo is another one that hits my eye but might wait on.

Merry Christmas! Tudor Corner definitely. I didn’t know the Triceratops fossil was a thing, now that’s on my list. It will go nicely with the T Rex skull. Interesting they went with a palaeontologist minifig and kit and not a foot print, maybe it’s not as an interesting or intimidating as T Rex haha, maybe I could rectify that later with one or a coprolite as a play on that Jurassic Park scene.
