Remember hearing these way back in the day...loved all of them. Hard to imagine being satisfied these days just listening to the spoken word but back then it was just the thing.....

Thanks for your emojified recommendation! lol Had never heard any, or of, the CBS Radio Workshop. Looked them up on Wikipedia and discovered that they were active from '56 to '57. This was very enjoyable and... AWESOME!!! Left me with a smile. Death to Carrots!!!!

Absolutely love A Pride of Carrots. That's proper world-building, and hilarious.

This is a great variety of shows and episodes. A Soldier Comes Home is a good study of PTSD despite it's Deus ex machina ending.

Thank you so much for these OTR treasures. I enjoy listening to them. The sound quality of your uploads are remarkable. Do you choose and upload from your collection only those of utmost audio quality? Again, thank you so much. All the best.
@aneveningofoldtimeradio2 жыл бұрын
Thank you Ronaldo! Remastering the audio files is actually what I spend most of my time doing in making the videos; usually around 5 hours per video. Some are higher quality than others but all require some remixing. So glad you notice and that you are enjoying them!

@@aneveningofoldtimeradio Well, I noticed for sure. I am thankful to many people sharing their OTR treasures. They do so with passion and dedication. But a number focus on quantity-and I am so grateful to them. In your case, your concern is quality. One or two uploads per week but with high audio feature. That I think is admirable. I can only listen to a number of OTR programs in my whole life, hehe. Thank you for your work of love. All the best.

New to the channel! Do you have any streams of old time horror shows, like from the creaking door or witche's tales, etc.? Thanks.
@aneveningofoldtimeradio2 жыл бұрын
Welcome! Yes, I have several. If you look through my "Videos" section you'll see "Uncanny and Spooky Tales" from about 3 weeks ago, "Strange Tales" from a couple months ago, etc. I admit I don't do a lot of them as they aren't that popular for some reason (I myself love them) with listeners. Welcome to the channel!
