I am always surprised to see how many passengers always stay unbuckled (or lay down and sleep unbuckled when at cruise. This is how you get hurt folks! Clear air turbulence is no joke, and NO ONE (not even the pilot) can predict it. If you don't want to have your head go through the overhead bin, do your self a favor and buckle up :) The pilots are always buckled in, and the Flight Attendants take a risk (and get hurt more often than you would know).

ro pro dont forget short haul is usually shithouse compared to long haul. Virgin Australia short haul to NZ don't even have screens for business. But their long haul has the full kit

The dimmer switch on the 787's are amazing; been on a few. ANA is the ONLY airline I'll fly when going to Japan. Their great reputation far proceeds them. Love the presentation of the food. Those folks know you eat with your eyes, so, looks are everything.

I had the same reaction when I took ANA last month on the window tint thingy, lol. Am loving ANA even the toilet has a bidet and you can use your own headphone with the in flight entertainment cos they use the common 3.5mm jack.
