It is said in the manga that if remain in kaiju form for more than 30 mins he risks himself turning into permanent kaiju, if that happens he will truly becomes the strongest kaiju to ever exist.

Listen kafka/kaiju no. 8 in the base form is when the body is blue and berserk mode is when kaiju no. 8 turns red and in the manga it says when isao is fighting kaiju no. 8 the other people watching says that this base is able to withstand a fortitude lvl of 10 so kaiju no. 8 in berserk mode in over 10.0 fortitude because it was crushing the base

I assume you mean the Fortitude Level… I only have seen the anime, but to me, the No. is probably by discovery time. Everyone would know the fortitude number at 9.0 and about is a daikaiju at like… 4 episodes into anime… or 15 chapters into manga.

anything fortitude 0-5.9 is Yoju class (weakest) anything fortitude 6-7.9 is Honju class (strong) anything 8+ is Daikaiju class (strongest) Daikaiju is really only rivaled by vice captains and captains Honju might take a captain or several officers with high unleashed combat power Yoju is something an average officer can take down

That's wrong information, kaiju number 9 is a kaiju with more than 10 threat behavior, because he is the kaiju who created all the numbered kaiju, while kaiju number 8 is still unknown.
