@@realdude5046 I think he has a further connection with the kaiju than even he knows. I mean when he first got his powers, said kaiju said "found you" which was kind of ominous. And on top of that, it looks like it was being said telekinetically. Which is something I'm assuming only kaiju to kaiju do. But these are just speculations from a stoner anime lover lol

I'm not gonna lie Kaiju no.8 is damn good but I feel like what would make it a timeless masterpiece would be if Kaiju no.9 is not the actual final mastermind but it actually turns out there's another Kaiju that's actually the final mastermind of the manga.

it has potential to pass attack on titan. it wont pass in physical sales, because 70% of manga sales are digital and digital is growing 5-7% each year but it has potential to be huge

@@KryptonianSaiyan Attack on titan is a bit of a stretch, especially after i read the manga. i'll be honest the story is rather unremarkable and not really hooking me. It has too much power of friendship and goofiness to even be a contender for one of the anime greats. I know people say they like the fights but outside of those (most of which are plagiarized from other mangas i.e Zoro's 3 slashes on that guy) what does it have? The story still hasn't answered the most basic of questions; -where do the kaiju come from? -why did that small kaiju choose Kafka? are the more of it etc? -how did humans evolve and become dominant in a world with such seemingly hostile monsters? -how can the humans have kaiju based weapons and armor, but the janitor (Kafka) knows more about their reproduction organs, armor distribution and how to kill each kaiju type than the damn military fighting them? - don't get me started on the 3 chapter long flashbacks mid and after fights. People glaze this manga and anime a bit too much in my honest opinion.

Kaiju 8 had different kinda ability the body adapts to the situation, remember how it spawned stabilisers from its feet for an attack or def and that time it spawned rocket from its feet

BEST ADAPTION OF THE YEAR..KaijuNo.8 was my introduction into READING manga..ive watched tons of anime..but I hated comics...but man I picked it up and never went back. GEGE fpr me is a masterclass in using your homages to his fav....but still doesn't feel like a copy. Naoya matsumoto is one as well.. Manga outstanding, anime IS BETTER then I hoped for.. Bleach,kuroko no basket(kafkas eyes are taiga kagami, kikuro is believe in lucky numbers),godzilla made them his own. Kubo spoiled me rotten with THE BEST EVER CREATED IDFC naoya IS KUBO level in design...for transformation, line work, and detailed when needed and less when

the anime is VERY good. People are nitpicking frames that were never meant to be screen captured to push an agenda because the guy heavily involved with Kaiju No 8 is a Boruto guy. It's 2024 so people should know not to use in between frames to say "bad animation" which makes it worse
