Cindy was only 15 and Bob was 24 when he began pursuing her. Rohans' mom was also supposedly 15 when Bob got her pregnant. Bob liked the young girls. I believe Rita took care of Bobs' other children because the baby mamas were underaged and she didnt want him to get in trouble. I wouldn't have had my young daughters around Bob.
