Hey, check out this video. I speak a little bit about it. kzbin.info/www/bejne/o3qwaqGefKlsn9E But in a nutshell, public transportation is not bad if you live in the cities but as you go into the suburbs it gets worse. 2 trains that only run north and south in the cities. Other than the buses there isnt any form of public transportation that will take you all over the metro area.
