I had NO idea there were so many different OC / DC trees. I hadn’t paid attention to that. But wow. This was eye opening and makes me want to re think this stuff. I’ll need to watch this again and take some notes on what ones I’ll want to go with in the future

amazing vid! i went through every team and here are the best coordinators i found. IMO OC: • Bears - Outside Running, Power Running, QB Guru • Bills - Quick Throws, Secure The Line, QB Guru • Commanders - Open Field Moves, Vertical Threat, OL Guru • Raiders - Outside Running, Secure The Line, Receiver Guru DC: • Bucs - Inside 3-4, Second Level, DB Guru • Seahawks - Standard 3-4, Second Level, DB Guru • Texans - Inside 4-3, Second Level, DB Guru to get the OC/DC on your team, control the team of the coordinator you want. fire them, go to retire, create new character, and repeat. then, choose your team and hire ya new OC and DC. thank you for coming to my TED talk.

How are the sliders testing this year for cpu vs cpu? I saw a video that showed a 99 yd fg indicating to me that changes were made. Because we know how they just didn't work in M23. Any other updates/changes that you are noticing?

Still a WIP I've been running mostly on base sliders on pro and all pro to see what I like best. Was thinking of waiting on that first big update in the next week or so before considering a slider video

Look forward to it. I used your sliders from that RFL league by TB (can't remember his name). I've tweaked them a bit for all pro as I was finding that pro wasn't letting runners juke, etc. All pro seemed to open it up a bit. Although all pro did enhance other areas like reaction times so it's a totally different set. Keep an eye for that in your testing. I haven't bought 24 yet since the general consensus is negative. But I will eventually. Was also thinking after the update. Keep up the good work.

Does secret stuff apply retroactively like if I get a guy that gets 45 week injury and I wait threw 40 of the weeks and then buy it will weeks be taken off

defense depends on whether there's a 4-3 coach. always look for standard 4-3, second level first, then full blitz or stacked box, and defensive back guru

Check the NFL teams coordinators. There might not be one that is available in the free agent coaches.

Do you think it’s a good strategy to use the opposite QB Guru develop tree to balance out the player and make him “good” on both types Scramble/Pocket passer like for example: I’m doing a Bears 🐻 franchise and I finding myself hiring the NE OC as he has 4 unlocks on QB Guru (pocket passer) & 3 on Secure Line + Open Field tree JF1 is a scrambling QB scheme, so why boost something he already is OP, but focus to boost what he needs help at developing? Or don’t really matter ?

Yeah I think going the accuracy side is way more beneficial for your QB.

No but you usually get hiring bonus for a new one. It will tell you what you get for hiring an OC at the top where it lists their playbooks

what do they mean by “non x faster user players will be valued 1 dev trait higher then actual in trades”?

When you as the user trade a player they will be valued by the CPU team as one dev higher than they are. So if it’s a normal dev they will be valued as star, star valued as superstar, superstar valued as X-factor

I just meant picking coordinators that have trees that can be lined up by choosing the proper side of the tree to get great upgrades to certain spots like speed and other hard to get attributes.

for the coordinator ones you can unlock only one side of the tree as each side works with different types of play. for the head coach and player personnel you can unlock all of it.

I noticed that a player I had on a team was cut into free agency for me and then must have retired because they were a low overall. All my settings were turned off for auto anything. It's really frustrating

Why does no one explain how to get a xfactor…. Fred Warner is a 99 with no xfactor or superstar

gaining development in madden only works when a player is on a certain level in the player stats or gets a break out scenario. The roll takes place at the end of the season for who goes up and who goes down. If you are not seeing any of your players gaining development even though they are top of the league in certain stats then you should check your number of superstar or xfactors currently in your franchise. There is a cap on how many of each you can have and a lot of the time Madden does a horrible job taking them away from old players that do not deserve them anymore.

You can reset an entire coordinator by spending points to do so but I don’t believe you get a refund
