Another great video. It just flabbergasts me to see all the work that needs to be done around your yard. It's disheartening to not be able to find/keep someone to help. Those clear sided batteries look like the NiCad batteries i worked with in the 70's. Ours were in glass boxes and when ever one was scrapped people would come and buy the empty case to make small aquariums and garden displays. We would get good money fore them to add to the staff Christmas party fund..😁😁

I have just discovered your channel, and I must say I am impressed with your business. Very hard to believe it is so hard to find employees willing to work, but I am afraid that is a sign of the times. It is not just in your area, it seems all through the US and Canada employees are limited to older people who grew up with a work ethic. Here in Canada it is no different, younger people think money is going to fall out of the sky in their lap, problem being they sit in the house so much, even if it did fall out of the sky they would never see it, because they never get off the couch long enough. I wish I was closer I would come give you a hand just to see the cars, being in my 60's I can still put a days work in. Only problem is, I would probably end up buying too many of the old cars and my yard would end up being the next junk yard on the block, I would have to try and save them. LOL Here in the North East with the salt water so close by, cars end up as rust spots if left that long. The cars in your yard are in such solid shape, sun baked but solid. I do not envy you the heat though, If it gets over 70-75 here in the summer I suffer.

There is one car amongst the chosen 25 that is a lot older than the rest. Located in the second row and next to that big Buick Riviera is a 1940 Dodge Luxury Liner sedan. A nice old car but would probably cost a lot more to properly restore than it could ever be worth. But one never knows for sure.

I’ve run a yard now going on 40 yrs it all starts out with good intentions to be neat and orderly and then so much time goes by especially when your limited with acreage and then the neatness and orderly and not wanting to throw certain things away makes orderly go right out the window. You have to be a yard owner to understand this business , it’s a hell of a lot of work that on lookers don’t always understand . And as a seasoned yard operator you develop a attitude of these onlookers of not caring what they think and go about your business.
