I am still reeling from this show and all the things it made me feel. I wanted to do something different for it and show more of the whole atmosphere of the show and the relationships between all the characters. I hope I managed to do that, since it's really a difficult thing for me to vid instrumentals.
This one is my favourite and from another incredible zombie show (the returned, which you should all check out if you haven't yet) so hopefully it is worthy of both the show and the song! I wanted to include so much more but the song is quite short. Still, I think it manages to build up in a way that helps show the intensity of the character's feelings throughout the show.

I believe you make these types of vids all the time, that's how incredibly natural and effortless this felt. All the quotes and parallels you picked up, the way you structured it from the beginning with everyone being "rescued" to everyone being normal to the deterioration and finally to that end fire scene???? the song is so haunting and beautiful (I MISS LES REVANANTS SO MUCH) and you utilized that so effectively. this is like the most perfect encapsulation of why this show resonated to much with me (and you), the resilience of these teens mixed in with their desire to be loved and cherished and to take care of the people they love in moments of crisis and heartbreak. I'm never forgiving you for 1:21 - 1:30 actually that was so RUDE!!!!!! but god yeah i am absolutely obsessed with this. also how you used sounds like the glass breaking and the guards marching punctuating the music at just the right moments to leave you unsettled and alert just like the show does??? SO BRILLIANT. seriously i love that your videos are like essays i can analyze from all angles and this one in particular is something i cannot wait to rewatch and find new details in. babe we are forever blessed with your talent and kdramas are so lucky to have you it's ridiculous

that was simply a marvel. I’ve got chills Alicia! the way you utilized the background audio to enhance the stripped down nature of the instrumental song, the spare voiceovers you used, the flow of the aerial shots and internal movement of the scenes, it’s genuinely one of the best videos you’ve ever created, truly. and then, the emotional core, where you focus on the humanity of the kids and the loss of their innocence as a result of this, even the loss OF their humanity as a result of both the virus and the actions of others, people who should protect them but instead abandon them. what you were able to encapsulate within 2:15 is absolutely astonishing work and I cannot vocalize how much I love this wow. You did THAT babe ❤️❤️❤️

also, the voiceover placement of “lighting a fire, let’s all meet together” next to those symbolic symbols of cheongsan’s sacrifice for everyone…..you will not be seeing heaven for that

I really love the vibes and atmosphere of this Alicia, it's really difficult to edit an instrumental song for me (and that one! that I love dearly) but I think you did an incredible work 🙌, got chills just only in the first seconds with the fades to black and the voiceovers you choose. I cannot pick all the little details as I haven't watched the show, but 1:40 - 1:46 woww I LOVE that part so much; ___;

OMG!!! finally!! i've been patiently waiting since I saw your tweet fjhdalgkhg this is amazing!!! you really capture the eerie and creepy vibe of the show, while keeping up with the emotions of the characters. Loved how quiet and calm is on the surface, but i got chill with every second. 1:12-1:38.... this part hurt me on so many levels, I'm---- damn! I can't! The way I automatically adopted all of this kids and then I lost so many **crying noises** Love that part soo much, damn! THE FEELS!! I'm so happy you decided to edit the show, it became one of my fav dramas right away and you editing it, it's just a dream fjkhasdg side note, you basicaly started the video the same way, voice over wise, I wanted to.... **deletes project idea**
